Apothic Rosé V20 750ML

The 2020 Apothic Rosé is a light, refreshing wine with a dark nature. Aromas of rose petals and honey open, revealing notes of dark cherry, black raspberry and ripe strawberry on a clean mouthfeel. The finish is long with a burst of watermelon at the end. Viticulture Notes: California’s 2020 vintage experienced a cool, mild growing season with an accelerated heat spell in August, resulting in early ripening. Vintage 2020 grapes show vibrant acidity and concentrated flavor. We explored the state to find the best fruit for this blend from the heart of the Central Valley and Lodi. We harvested at the peak of quality to make a light-bodied, crisp and refreshing Rosé. Winemaking Notes: Most of the fruit was harvested at night to limit color extraction. The grapes were delivered in whole clusters to our membrane presses for the gentlest processing possible. We kept fermentation temperatures cool to preserve delicate red fruit aromas. A small portion of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation and lees stirring to create a soft, refreshing mouthfeel. The wine was kept cool until blending to maintain a perfect balance of acid and fruit.

Prophecy Rosé V20 750ML

Prophecy Rosé is a classic, dry-style pale pink wine from the South of France. Delicate aromas of raspberry and white flower radiate from the glass. On the palate, delicate layers of ripe red cherry, raspberry and white peach play on a softly textured middle palate with refreshing acidity and a crisp finish. Notes of red berries linger through to the finish. Prophecy Rosé Vin de France is crafted with fruit selected from the South of France’s finest growing regions. Based in classic Rhône varieties, such as Cinsault and Grenache, this blend is complemented by other native French varieties. The 2020 growing season in the South of France experienced warm, dry conditions and the earliest harvest in over a decade. Although yields were slightly lower, the fruit is showing optimal ripeness and bright acidity.

Delicate and approachable, Fleur de Mer Rosé captures the serene artistry of the idyllic, sun-washed coastal shores of Provence, the world’s best-known region for Rosé. Vintage 2020 opens with generous aromas of wildflowers, ripe cherry and freshcut citrus. Soft, smooth and beautifully balanced on the palate, fruit-forward notes of white peach, raspberry, strawberry and watermelon blend with refreshing hints of sea spray and herbs. A crisp and delightful showcase of the elegance of Provençal Rosé. The grapes selected for our 2020 Fleur de Mer Rosé were checked each week to ensure fruit is harvested at perfect maturity, ensuring layered flavors and delicate balance. Grapes were harvested in the very early morning hours to preserve aromas and structure, then direct-pressed to maintain the bright, concentrated fruit characteristics and produce our pleasing coral pink hue. During temperature-controlled cool fermentation of no more than 59°F, juices are tasted one or twice daily. For this vintage, Winemaker Florian Lacroux selected primarily Grenache and Cinsault to form the core of the blend, supported by other extraordinary Provençal red grapes in a beautifully harmonious, layered Rosé wine.
