<b>Winemaking Notes:</b><br>
The grapes for our Cabernet Sauvignon enjoy longer time on the vine to develop complex flavor characteristics and ripe tannins. We harvested the grapes early in the morning, then destemmed and crushed them to tank where they were fermented on the skins. We then pressed the wine off of skins before aging on oak.

Overall, harvest 2018 produced excellent quality grapes with optimal flavor concentration and deep color.
