Stone Fruit, Passion Fruit
Our 2018 Central Coast Viognier has aromas of lychee, stone fruit, passion fruit, slate, and bright minerality. The wine is ripe with an opulent acidity. Flavors of zesty key lime, pineapple, and Nashi pear lead to a clean, fresh finish.

Black Plum, Cherry, Clove
Dark dried rose in color, the 2018 Reserve Syrah has aromas of black plum, black cherry, clove, and cardamom with cracked black pepper and leather notes. The palate is rich and supple with black fruit flavors, cracked black pepper, toasty oak, and balanced acidity.

Meyer Lemon, Peach, Apricot
Aromas of Meyer lemon, melon, peach, and apricot with a bright, balanced and crisp frinish. Slightly off dry, the mouthfeel is full and intense but also very light at the same time.

Allspice, Nutmeg, Coco
Aromas of allspice, nutmeg, ripe strawberry, and tobacco wake the senses. Flavors of juicy Rainier cherries, star anise, nutmeg, and cocoa powder create a delightful palate.

Cherry Cola, Licorice, Herbs
Our Edna Valley Pinot Noir is boldly elegant with rich aromas of red fruit and just a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the flavor of cherry cola is accented with subtle herbal notes of licorice and herbs with a long luxurious finish.

Lemon, Lime Zest, Pineapple
Delightful aromas of candied lemon, lime zest, pineapple, and lychee. Followed by bright acidity and a crisp finish with orange blossom and stonefruit notes.

Blackberries, Clove, Nutmeg
The Reserve Cabernet is sourced exclusively from the western side of Paso Robles, where wines are known for their deep concentration of color and tannins. The 2018 vintage exhibits aromas of blackberry, cassis, herbs, clove, and nutmeg. The flavors are of dark fruit and the wine has a long and clean finish with notes of pepper and spice.

Bright red fruit, blackberry jam, and herbs with clove and cooking spice notes and a lush mouthfeel with firm structure, elegant tannins, and a long lingering finish.

Brown Sugar, Strawberry, Cranberry
In classic Cheval style, this wine is a true representation of the Santa Maria Valley, with earthy and herbal aromas and notes of brown sugar, strawberry, and cranberry that are pleasing to the senses. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and vanilla followed by a full, lengthy finish.

White Nectarine, Grapefruit.
Our 2018 Central Coast Pinot Gris is bright and fresh with aromas of pineapple and lemon zest with flavors of white nectarine and grapefruit.

Our 2017 Reserve Merlot has aromas bright notes of fresh blackberries, plum jam, and mocha with an opulent mouthfeel and long, structured finish.

Pear, Citrus, Clove
Our 2017 Central Coast Chardonnay has delicious aromas of ripe pears, citrus, clove, and oak spice with light hints of vanilla. Crisp pear, white peach, and cream flavors lead to a long, sumptuous finish and crisp acidity.
