Pieropan Soave Classico V22 750ML

Our liveliest and most youthful style from Soave Classico, the Pieropan family has been producing this wine since the early 1900’s. Generous, pleasingly fresh and versatile, it is made from the traditional varieties of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grown in family-owned vineyards situated in the Soave Classico region. The 2022 vintage was characterized by a winter without significant rainfall, both snowy and rainy, and mild temperatures that led to an early but always dry spring. The temperatures of the first spring months were above average and this situation of scarcity, almost no rainfall and high temperatures lasted until the month of August. In the summer months we then witnessed prolonged waves of extreme heat which exacerbated the evo-transpiration rates of the plant. This has led to a situation of water stress, mainly in hilly areas, where both the scarcity of substrate and the drainage capacity of the soil have made irrigation vital. The budding was slow due to the shortage of water in the spring, partial in some cases. The setting was poor, with sparse bunches, which accentuates a lack of product and weight. This is more marked in early varieties such as Trebbiano, which was affected by the vintage. The Garganega, thanks to the rains of August and September, only partially recovered as the rains were not such as to make up for the water deficit. The plants finish the final stages of grape ripening in water suffering In our Valpolicella, on the other hand, the situation is a bit different, undoubtedly due to a more favorable climatic condition. The grapes are ripe, with low yields but in any case the position of the vineyard and its altitude have meant that the product is optimal from the point of view of the ripening parameters. We report an optimal state from a phytosanitary point of view of the grapes. As far as the finished product is concerned, it is still premature to say anything, it will certainly be slightly scarcer in terms of quantity.

Prophecy Pinot Grigio offers a glimpse into the classic wines of Northeastern Italy, where Pinot Grigio flourishes against the backdrop of the region’s stunning landscape. The 2021 Pinot Grigio showcases the region’s hallmark styling with citrus characteristics, delicate hints of white flowers and signature minerality. Opening with aromas of citrus, light peach and fresh apple, the wine reveals layered notes of fresh-picked apricot, pear, lemon and luscious tropical fruit. The finish is refreshingly crisp. Grape Selection: The IGT Delle Venezie encompasses three regions of Northeast Italy: Trentino, Friuli-Venezie Giulia and Veneto. From high-altitude vineyards in the shadow of snow-capped mountains to vines thriving in the cool air climate of the Adriatic Coast, the region is known for its elegant and crisp Pinot Grigio wines.

Locations New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc 750ML

The base of our blend is comprised of fruit from vineyards in the heart of the Wairau Valley, with its traditional passionfruit and crisp grassy flavors. This component is complemented by the second wave of plantings in the ever expanding Awatere Valley, which is noted for the minerality and elegant characteristics the fruit gains from the region's proximity to the Pacific Ocean. For the balance of this wine, we have sought out fruit from the southern valley of Waihopai, where the gravel soils, and later, cooler ripening climate produce Sauvignon Blanc characteristics that provide the final layer of complexity and brings balance to our inaugural release of NZ. In the glass, a brilliant pale yellow reminiscent of white currants; the wine opens with an intense bouquet of gooseberries, feijoas, and ripe tropical fruits. The bright entry of fresh cut grass and preserved lemon lead to passionfruit pot de creme showcasing a long finish of fresh herbs and clean minerality.

Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc V21 750ML

About the Wine The 2021 Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc is a bright wine that blossoms with aromas of lemongrass and honeysuckle. Pale straw in color, this wine delivers layers of Meyer lemon, kiwi and grapefruit with a lovely hint of white raspberry on the finish. A bright mouthfeel leads to a cleansing midpalate and a medium-long finish. Viticulture Notes We source the fruit for our delicious Sauvignon Blanc from select vineyards throughout California. The 2021 vintage began cool with much of the state experiencing dry conditions throughout the spring months. Summer brought the usual weather patterns that California vineyards thrive on: warm sunny days and cool fog-laden evenings, which allows the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly. The result is fully developed flavor characteristics, color and acidity. Winemaking Notes To retain the lively acidity and fruit characteristics of our Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the evening or early morning. After arrival at the winery, the fruit was gently pressed as whole clusters before being racked into stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation. The yeast strain was chosen for its minimal impact on the flavors and aromas of the wine allowing the fruit to shine. The resulting wine is fresh, vibrant and delicious.

Our Clos du Bois Pinot Grigio is a bright white wine with a refreshing mouthfeel. Silvery straw in color, this wine opens with aromas of Meyer lemon, ripe pear and honey. The palate features pear, honeydew melon and white peaches and notes of citrus zest. The finish is clean with accents of stone fruit.

Prophecy Buttery Chardonnay V21 750ML

Our 2021 Buttery Chardonnay is a velvety, luscious white wine from the California coast. Aromas of lemon meringue and buttercream lift from the glass. Bright notes of apple and pear meet hints of warm vanilla with a dash of spice on the finish.

Estancia Chardonnay V21 750ML

The Estancia 2021 California Chardonnay is sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Central Coast of California. Rich gold in color, this expressive Chardonnay opens with tropical aromas of pineapple and guava highlighted with toasted oak and caramel The palate is layered with hints of green apple and a touch of honey. This is a full-bodied wine with a lingering creaminess. Winemaking Notes We harvested the Chardonnay for the 2021 vintages in the early morning hours and brought the fruit into the winery at peak ripeness. After being destemmed and gently pressed, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks for the primary fermentation. Select lots were then chosen and racked off to a combination of French and American oak to undergo malolactic fermentation and aging. In the end, the combination of stainless steel aged lots and oak aged lots were blended to create a lovely Chardonnay that has the perfect balance of fruit and oak.

Our 2022 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay is a bright, medium-bodied white wine from the California’s Central Coast. Aromas of lemon flower and toasted vanilla rise from the glass. Flooding and enveloping on entry, the opulent nose gives way to a juxtaposed entry and mid-palate of green apple and key lime.
