Our 2021 Ghost Pines Red Blend is a smooth, deeply complex wine from some of the most acclaimed growing regions in California. Rich hues of ruby show in the glass, leading to aromas of boysenberry, Bing cherry and grilled plum. The rich fruit notes translate to the mouthfeel with notes of raspberry ganache, and underlying layers of spice and toasted oak. Chewy tannins carry through to a long, gratifying finish.

Locations New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc 750ML

The base of our blend is comprised of fruit from vineyards in the heart of the Wairau Valley, with its traditional passionfruit and crisp grassy flavors. This component is complemented by the second wave of plantings in the ever expanding Awatere Valley, which is noted for the minerality and elegant characteristics the fruit gains from the region's proximity to the Pacific Ocean. For the balance of this wine, we have sought out fruit from the southern valley of Waihopai, where the gravel soils, and later, cooler ripening climate produce Sauvignon Blanc characteristics that provide the final layer of complexity and brings balance to our inaugural release of NZ. In the glass, a brilliant pale yellow reminiscent of white currants; the wine opens with an intense bouquet of gooseberries, feijoas, and ripe tropical fruits. The bright entry of fresh cut grass and preserved lemon lead to passionfruit pot de creme showcasing a long finish of fresh herbs and clean minerality.

To craft our Clos du Bois Sonoma Reserve Chardonnay, we looked to the premiere, cool climate vineyards of the Russian River Valley, known for elegant Chardonnay of exceptional character. This wine is bright and juicy with refreshing notes of ripe pear and citrus, leading to a luscious and creamy finish with hints of oak and spice.

Mount Peak Winery Rattlesnake Zinfandel V21 750ML

Rattlesnake Zinfandel is a tribute to the crest called Rattlesnake Hill, the highest point of the Monte Rosso Vineyard. It’s famous for the rattlesnakes living among the vines, seeking sunshine by day and coiling around the vines at night. This Zinfandel is bold and boisterous, with intense layers black cherry, raspberry, licorice and Sichuan pepper. Vanilla and graham cracker undertones linger on the long finish this wine lives up to its name in every way, possessing a power that strikes with intense force.

Alamos Selección Malbec V18 750ML

The 2018 Alamos Selección Malbec, the pinnacle of their portfolio, showcases fruit from the Mendoza region. Bouquets of crushed dried violet and rich blackberry unfurl in the glass. On the palate, luscious notes of dark cherry and black plum meld with touches of black pepper and rich, subtle oak. A finely tuned structure and supple mouthfeel add depth and deliver a luscious finish. Tucked under the massive shoulders of the Andes Mountains in west central Argentina, the province of Mendoza is renowned as a winegrowing region. The high-altitude desert vineyards their roll upward into the foothills and toward the steep Andes’ peaks. Altitudes in Mendoza range from 3,000 to 5,000 feet, and that altitude means clear air and more sunlight for building flavors in the grapes. At night, cold air sweeps down from the mountains to give the grapes the structure and complexity to balance perfectly with the intense flavors.

Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc V21 750ML

About the Wine The 2021 Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc is a bright wine that blossoms with aromas of lemongrass and honeysuckle. Pale straw in color, this wine delivers layers of Meyer lemon, kiwi and grapefruit with a lovely hint of white raspberry on the finish. A bright mouthfeel leads to a cleansing midpalate and a medium-long finish. Viticulture Notes We source the fruit for our delicious Sauvignon Blanc from select vineyards throughout California. The 2021 vintage began cool with much of the state experiencing dry conditions throughout the spring months. Summer brought the usual weather patterns that California vineyards thrive on: warm sunny days and cool fog-laden evenings, which allows the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly. The result is fully developed flavor characteristics, color and acidity. Winemaking Notes To retain the lively acidity and fruit characteristics of our Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the evening or early morning. After arrival at the winery, the fruit was gently pressed as whole clusters before being racked into stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation. The yeast strain was chosen for its minimal impact on the flavors and aromas of the wine allowing the fruit to shine. The resulting wine is fresh, vibrant and delicious.

Prophecy Rosé V20 750ML

Prophecy Rosé is a classic, dry-style pale pink wine from the South of France. Delicate aromas of raspberry and white flower radiate from the glass. On the palate, delicate layers of ripe red cherry, raspberry and white peach play on a softly textured middle palate with refreshing acidity and a crisp finish. Notes of red berries linger through to the finish. Prophecy Rosé Vin de France is crafted with fruit selected from the South of France’s finest growing regions. Based in classic Rhône varieties, such as Cinsault and Grenache, this blend is complemented by other native French varieties. The 2020 growing season in the South of France experienced warm, dry conditions and the earliest harvest in over a decade. Although yields were slightly lower, the fruit is showing optimal ripeness and bright acidity.

Ghost Pines Chardonnay offers layers of fresh baked brioche and apple with zests of lemon. This wine displays richly layered characteristics of pear, toasted oak and vanilla spice on the palate. Vibrant acidity complements the luscious, textured mouthfeel, finishing with balance and grace.

Estancia Chardonnay V21 750ML

The Estancia 2021 California Chardonnay is sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Central Coast of California. Rich gold in color, this expressive Chardonnay opens with tropical aromas of pineapple and guava highlighted with toasted oak and caramel The palate is layered with hints of green apple and a touch of honey. This is a full-bodied wine with a lingering creaminess. Winemaking Notes We harvested the Chardonnay for the 2021 vintages in the early morning hours and brought the fruit into the winery at peak ripeness. After being destemmed and gently pressed, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks for the primary fermentation. Select lots were then chosen and racked off to a combination of French and American oak to undergo malolactic fermentation and aging. In the end, the combination of stainless steel aged lots and oak aged lots were blended to create a lovely Chardonnay that has the perfect balance of fruit and oak.

MacMurray Estate Vineyards Central Coast Pinot Noir V22 750ML

Our smooth and flavorful Pinot Noir is an approachable and food-friendly taste of California’s scenic Central Coast. Beautifully aromatic notes of ripe summer berries and a touch of oak open on the nose. Orin Swift Burnt Sacrifice 750ML 2019

In the after math of the 2020 Glass Fire, Dave Phinney swept a myriad of burnt leaves from his backyard. The fire had just burned through parts of the Napa Valley and destroyed vineyards, wineries, homes and memories. The one-off 2019 Burnt Sacrifice was created to help the region’s families and rebuild the community; a portion of these proceeds will be donated to the Napa Valley Community Foundation. Resilience and strength define our communities. Tasting Notes: Eye catching, the dark garnet core and vivid fuchsia rim draws one to the glass. On the nose, popping aromas of muddled black currant, candied sweet plum, boysenberry and anise abound. On the palate, the entry is lush with notes of black licorice, black cherry and crème de cassis that carry through to the mid, joined by freshly roasted espresso bean. The finish is prolonged with warm olive levain bread and plum preserves.
