Our 2021 Merlot is a velvety, approachable red wine from California. Layers of black plum and boysenberry meet hints of mocha and toasted oak in this medium-bodied wine. Hints of cherry and vanilla give the wine depth on the palate before leading to a long finish. Viticulture Notes: The fruit for our Merlot originated from sun-drenched vineyards in California’s Central Valley. The 2021 vintage experienced ongoing dry conditions in the state. A mild summer helped increase hangtime, resulting in optimal ripening and an excellent vintage overall. Winemaking Notes: To preserve fruit characteristics and create a soft mouthfeel, we aged our Merlot on oak for 3-4 months.

The 2015 La Grola IGT is a deep ruby red with an expansive, alluring bouquet and elegant, harmonious palate. Fruit notes of ripe plum and wild berries blend with hints of coffee, backed by firm tannins. Full-bodied and intense while maintaining its finesse, the wine is made from Corvina Veronese and Oseleta grapes grown on terraces. The high plant density and the resulting low yields add to the wine’s unique concentration. Aging potential is 10-15 years.

Argiano Non Confunditur Toscana IGT V21 750ML

The Argiano motto “NON CONFUNDITUR" can be found on the family crest in the entrance to our ancient cellars. It means "unique" and truly characterizes this rich, refined, elegant wine with soft tannins and a lovely nose of red berries and “Mediterranean scrub” or "Garrigue", which refers to a mix of vegetation in the ground near the vines that can add herbaceous, peppery or spicy tones to the wine.

Allegrini Palazzo della Torre Veronese IGT V21 750ML

Allegrini’s Palazzo della Torre wine comes from the eponymous cru in the Valpolicella Classico subzone of Fumane, adjacent to the Renaissance-era Villa della Torre, where Allegrini hosts hospitality and events. About 30% of this wine undergoes the appassimento process; in this way it is similar to a Ripasso wine, but distinct in that no re-fermentation takes place. Rather than add “fresh” wine to leftover grape must - as is traditional - Allegrini blends a finished appassimento wine (in effect, an Amarone) with a finished "fresh" wine. A small percentage of Sangioveto - a local clone of Sangiovese - adds lift. The result is a broad, round, and versatile expression of the region and a calling card expression of the estate

The 2022 Abstract pours a dark purple core with a neon, ruby rim. The historic Monte Rosso Vineyard is one of California’s oldest Cabernet Sauvignon plantings that dates back to 1880. Located in the Moon Mountain subregion of Sonoma Valley, it sits in the shadow of the Mayacama mountain range at 1,300 feet above sea level. This beautifully balanced Cabernet Sauvignon is made from select lots from within this amazing vineyard. Deep ruby in color, this wine leads with aromas of red currants, warmed cherry cobbler, sandal wood, cardamon, and vanilla oak. The rich palate brings notes of black plum, cassis, cola nut and coco dusted truffle. The wine finishes luxuriously with a supple mouthfeel and round tannin structure.

Our 2021 Hahn Appellation Series Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir is ruby red in color, with aromas of black cherry, ripe red berry and subtle hints of vanilla and warm spice. On the palate, soft and delicate flavors of cherry and raspberry are followed by creamy nuances and spicy minerality, culminating in a pleasantly long finish. VINEYARDS Grapes for this wine are sourced from Ste. Philippe Vineyard – our certified sustainable estate vineyard in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County. Located south of the Santa Lucia Highlands, Ste. Philippe sits in an ancient, dry riverbed with well-drained, sandy loam soils. Coastal influence and cool winds from Monterey Bay contribute to an extended growing season which ensures complexity and intensity of the fruit. WINEMAKING Picked in early morning, the Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed into stainless steel tanks and fermented for about two weeks. During that time, the wine was pumped over several times daily to maximize color, aromatics and flavor extraction. After the juice was pressed on the skins, it was settled and racked into French oak barrels to age for 11 months
