The 2015 vintage is packed with sun-ripened cherries, blackberry, and nutmeg aromas. Chauvet Zin has a flavor profile all its own with flavors of bright cherry, cranberry, and ligonberry jam. As a result, Chauvet Zin is rich and round, with a silky tannic structure and a lingering finish.

Balanced, both in texture and flavor with hints of baked apple, cinnamon, peach and fig. Delicious served cool, greatly appreciated at room temperature.

Sourced from some of the very best vineyards in Sonoma Valley including Rancho Salina, Barricia, and Bedrock vineyards. A "No wimpy Merlot" with rich scents of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and dark chocolate. A very well-rounded wine with accentuated balanced flavors of plum, vanilla and cherry-spice. Mature, yet yielding, tannins lend a long and lingering finish.

The 2015 Rancho Salina is deep garnet in color with intense black fruit aromas with just a hint of vanilla. It's one of the most aromatic wines of our Designates. Complex, full, round and layered texture, it coats the palate with bold baking spices, cassis, and black plum. While this wine is enjoyable now, it's built to last into the next decade.

A dark ruby color with lively scents of dark cherry, boysenberry, tea and spice with equally pleasing flavors of berry, baking spice, and vanilla cream. This wine is full-bodied, well rounded, and mouth-filling, yet with a smooth silky tannin finish.

Initial aromas of perfume, rose petals, and baking spices, with an earthiness leading to a full-bodied wine with flavors of dark berry, cherries and hints of chocolate and orange rind.

The Winemaking Team says this vineyard's Cab Franc just gets better each year. Dark cherry, dark berry, black plum, mocha and vanilla aromas. Complex, full, round and layered flavors of black plum, cassis, currants, spice and toast.

A White Bordeaux blend with aromas of orange blossom and dried apricots, with beautiful flavors of peach nectar, lemon zest and a touch of minerals round out this pleasing wine.

Black pepper and tannins from Petite Sirah; Carignane for bright freshness, and high acidity; Zinfandel for spice, ripe fruit flavors and suppleness; and notes of blueberry and color density added by the Alicante Bouchet found mixed in many of these old vineyards. The wine is very dark and dense. It is fully aromatic with sweet fruit scents of black cherries and plums, accented by hints of toast, vanilla, black pepper, cardamom, and licorice. It is a mouth-filling wine, rich in the complexities of black raspberry and baking spices. It has supple, delicious intensity and weight in the long, flavorful finish.

Our Lodi Zin explodes with blueberries, black plums, vanilla, and cocoa. Lush and mouthfilling, with incredibly silky tannins that slide into a long, flavorful finish. Uncork now for a tempting taste, or cellar for up to 10 years of flavor development. The Lodi region is characterized by warm days and cool nights with deep, sandy soils, forcing the vine's roots to push deep to find water and nutrients. The old vines that supply our Lodi Zinfandel typically are the first of our three County Zinfandels to be harvested. The warm days and early ripening lead to a soft and very fruit-driven Zinfandel.

The Bedrock Cabernet Franc is particularly rich and vibrant. Aromas of blackberry, spice, anise, vanilla, leather, and smoke lead into flavors rich with black cherry, berry components and an appealing earthy quality, enhanced by bright, lively acidity, and a long lingering finish. This wine, while drinking wonderfully at the moment, is very solidly built with several years ahead of it.
