Invitingly flavorful and refreshingly crisp, 2022 Fleur de Mer Rosé captures the serene artistry of Provence’s idyllic, sun-washed coastal shores and fragrant, floral hillsides. This versatile, food-friendly Rosé opens with generously aromatic notes of white peach, strawberry and melon. In classic Provençal style, notes of raspberry, cherry and apple layer on the bright palate with nectarine, citrus and a subtle touch of honeysuckle. Hints of sea spray and minerality add balance and attractive texture before a delightfully crisp finish. Enjoy Fleur de Mer on its own or alongside creamy goat cheeses, green salads, sushi or fresh seafood dishes, citrus or herb-roasted chicken or a charcuterie board. Viticulture Notes The world’s best-known region for Rosé, AOP Côtes de Provence enjoys a refreshing Mediterranean climate of warm days and cool, brisk nights. Here, vine roots plunge deep below the dry clay soils and limestone gravel, called gravoches, to reach water. Vintage 2022 was outstanding, delivering concentrated, high-quality fruit. An ideal dry spring resulted in a wonderful fruit set, followed by a warm, dry growing season. Careful canopy management allowed clusters to develop bright, expressive flavors, intense aromatics and the crisp structure of Provençal Rosé. Winemaking Notes The grapes selected for our 2022 Fleur de Mer Rosé were harvested at ideal maturity, ensuring layered flavors and delicate structure. Grapes were picked in the cool early morning hours to preserve aromas and acidity, then crushed, immediately pressed and cold settled to maintain the bright, concentrated fruit characteristics and attractive pale-coral hue. Lots were fermented in cool, temperature-controlled tanks. Winemaker Florian Lacroux selected Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan to form the core of the blend, supported by other extraordinary Provençal grapes in a beautifully harmonious, layered Rosé wine.

Our California Pinot Gris is delightfully aromatic, approachable and bright. Generous aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle offer a fragrant, floral introduction, while the crisp and inviting palate is highlighted by layered hints of white peach, pear, kiwifruit and lime zest. A fleshy mid-palate with vibrant citrus and mango characteristics adds depth before the crisp, mouth-watering finish. The wine’s lively acidity makes it an ideal partner for food. Try this alongside a green mango salad, Thai chicken kabobs or spicy grilled shrimp.

Estancia Pinot Noir V21 750ML

Estancia 2021 Pinot Noir is a velvety, deep ruby hued wine with a light tannin structure. Our Pinot Noir opens with aromas of plum, cherry preserves and violet in the glass. The forward palate brims with layers of blackberry pie, fig and caramelized brown sugar that leads to a lovely medium long finish with a touch of toast.

Martín Códax Albariño V20 750ML

Our 2020 Martín Códax Albariño is a bright, coastal-influenced white wine from Spain. Aromas of apple and lemon flower meet notes of pear and apricot. This classically styled Albariño shines with a crisp minerality and bright acidity that carries through to a long, refreshing finish. Martín Códax cultivates Albariño using traditional “emparrados,” or granite pergolas. The winery is also one of the only producers in the region to harvest 100% of their grapes by hand. Albariño is aged in upright stainless steel – never in oak – to preserve aromas of fresh fruit. We used local, cultured yeasts to initiate fermentation. A portion of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation to enhance the flavor complexity in the wine, with the remainder held back to preserve the naturally crisp acidity of the Albariño grape. The wine rested on light lees for six months with no oak contact.

Ratti Rocche dell'Annunziata Barolo DOCG V16 750ML

The single-vineyard Rocche dell’Annunziata is Renato Ratti's most elegant, complex and long-lasting Barolo, offering the refined, silky tannins and bright acidity typical of the site. Complex and firmly textured, yet delicate and graceful, Rocche dell’Annunziata unfurls with layered notes of cherry, anise, macerated strawberry, soft leather and crushed raspberries. Subtle hints of vanilla, sage and florals offer an intriguing glimpse of this soulful Barolo. The long, balanced finish is marked by firm tannins. Tremendously age-worthy, this Barolo will age beautifully for more than 25 years.

Orin Swift Abstract 750ML 2022

The 2022 Abstract pours a dark purple core with a neon, ruby rim. The nose is quintes sential Abstract but with a broodier twist—notes of ripe black plum, cacao, black pepper, cedar, dried porcini, forest floor musk and sweet oak. The entry is coating and flooding with hints of blueberry preserves, tarragon, balsamic glaze and anise. Bright and lifting thr ough the palate, the finish offers an umami note akin to eggplant yakitori.

Located in the Moon Mountain subregion of Sonoma Valley, it sits in the shadow of the Mayacama mountain range at 1,300 feet above sea level. This beautifully balanced Cabernet Sauvignon is made from select lots from within this amazing vineyard. Deep ruby in color, this wine leads with aromas of red currants, warmed cherry cobbler, sandal wood, cardamon, and vanilla oak. The rich palate brings notes of black plum, cassis, cola nut and coco dusted truffle. The wine finishes luxuriously with a supple mouthfeel and round tannin structure.

Hahn Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir V21 750ML

Our 2021 Hahn Appellation Series Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir is ruby red in color, with aromas of black cherry, ripe red berry and subtle hints of vanilla and warm spice. On the palate, soft and delicate flavors of cherry and raspberry are followed by creamy nuances and spicy minerality, culminating in a pleasantly long finish. VINEYARDS Grapes for this wine are sourced from Ste. Philippe Vineyard – our certified sustainable estate vineyard in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County. Located south of the Santa Lucia Highlands, Ste. Philippe sits in an ancient, dry riverbed with well-drained, sandy loam soils. Coastal influence and cool winds from Monterey Bay contribute to an extended growing season which ensures complexity and intensity of the fruit. WINEMAKING Picked in early morning, the Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed into stainless steel tanks and fermented for about two weeks. During that time, the wine was pumped over several times daily to maximize color, aromatics and flavor extraction. After the juice was pressed on the skins, it was settled and racked into French oak barrels to age for 11 months

Alamos Malbec V21 750ML

Our 2021 Malbec is a big, full-bodied wine made from Argentina's most famous red grape. Showing dark purple in the glass, this wine radiates aromas of blackberry and semi-sweet chocolate. The palate brims with layers of blackcurrant and red raspberry underscored with hints of white pepper. The mouthfeel is silky, leading to a long finish with touches of pomegranate and vanilla bean. About The Region Some of the most renowned winegrowing regions of Argentina are in Mendoza, a province in the western Cuyo region. Tucked under the massive shoulders of the Andes Mountains, the vines thrive in desert conditions quenched by mineral-rich snowmelt. Altitudes from 3,000 to 5,000 feet surround the vines in cool temperatures, crisp mountain air and sunlight that helps produce the bold flavor characteristics found in Mendoza-grown Malbec. Viticulture Notes The 2021 harvest in Mendoza began with unseasonal frost in early October. This caused a slight reduction in crop size but was mitigated when warm weather kicked in and the regular diurnal temperature shifts came into play. Overall, the grapes were allowed to fully ripen on the vine, resulting in outstanding quality. Winemaking Notes The grapes for our Malbec were hand harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. The must was cold soaked for 72 hours prior to fermentation, which occurred over seven days in both upright and conical tanks at a maximum temperature of 85°F. For optimal extraction of color and flavor, we used pump-overs and the skins were left in contact with the juice for up to 20 days. This wine was aged on a combination of French and American oak before bottling.

Prophecy Pinot Noir 2021 is a bright, medium-bodied red wine grown in California. Aromas of red fruit open in the glass with a touch of Tahitian vanilla and toasted coconut. The palate is refreshing with layers of cherry and raspberry underscored by accents of spice. A well-balanced mouthfeel leads to a long, velvety finish.

Brancaia Chianti Classico V15 750ML

Brancaia’s Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is crafted with Sangiovese grapes from BRANCAIA’s 2 Chianti Classico vineyard estates. An elegant wine with aromas of black cherry and sweet herbs. On the palate, hints of almond and toast integrate alongside supple tannins before a long, mineral-tinged finish. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 16 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels, with Sangiovese aged in 500-liter tonneaux and Merlot in 225-liter barriques. Pair with grilled fish, stews, beef, and rich pasta dishes like risotto.

Alamos Red Blend V20 750ML

Our 2020 Red Blend is a richly layered, dark red wine from Mendoza, one of Argentina’s renowned winegrowing regions. Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Bonarda leads the blend, bringing textured notes of dark cherry with a dash of sweet vanilla. Spicy notes of blackberry underscored by hints of toasted oak fill out the palate on the way to a long finish with a touch of dried herb.

Hahn Arroyo Seco GSM V22 750ML

Our 2022 Appellation Series Grenache, Syrah and Mourvédre is a symphony of deep and tart berry layers. Aromas of lavender and white pepper echo on the palate with notes of cherry, blackberry and blueberry with a subtle ribbon of warm spice. The mouthfeel is velvety with a long, lingering finish.

A flavorful Pinot Noir with rich, smooth layers of dark fruit character and an intriguingly lighter-bodied style. Apothic Pinot Noir offers notes of ripe raspberry and black cherry, with a touch of caramel and vanilla from the oak. Long and lingering on the finish, this is a bright red wine with endless possibilities. It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. Viticulture Notes: We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. Winemaking Notes: We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure

The 2021 Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully balanced wine that combines the boldness of a classic Cabernet with the richness of bourbon barrel aging. A deep, garnet color shows in the glass. Aromas of plum, blackberry and black cherry rise from the glass with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and luscious, with layers of ripe black fruit and a soft, velvety mouthfeel. Notes of toasted vanilla bean and buttery maple syrup emerge, adding a layer of complexity and richness. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering echoes of brown sugar and toasted oak.
