Rattlesnake Zinfandel is a tribute to the crest called Rattlesnake Hill, the highest point of the Monte Rosso Vineyard. It’s famous for the rattlesnakes living among the vines, seeking sunshine by day and coiling around the vines at night. This Zinfandel is bold and boisterous, with intense layers black cherry, raspberry, licorice and Sichuan pepper. Tucked under the massive shoulders of the Andes Mountains in west central Argentina, the province of Mendoza is renowned as a winegrowing region. The high-altitude desert vineyards their roll upward into the foothills and toward the steep Andes’ peaks. Altitudes in Mendoza range from 3,000 to 5,000 feet, and that altitude means clear air and more sunlight for building flavors in the grapes. At night, cold air sweeps down from the mountains to give the grapes the structure and complexity to balance perfectly with the intense flavors.

Prophecy Rosé is a classic, dry-style pale pink wine from the South of France. Delicate aromas of raspberry and white flower radiate from the glass. Notes of red berries linger through to the finish. Prophecy Rosé Vin de France is crafted with fruit selected from the South of France’s finest growing regions. Based in classic Rhône varieties, such as Cinsault and Grenache, this blend is complemented by other native French varieties. The 2020 growing season in the South of France experienced warm, dry conditions and the earliest harvest in over a decade. Although yields were slightly lower, the fruit is showing optimal ripeness and bright acidity.

Estancia Chardonnay V21 750ML

The Estancia 2021 California Chardonnay is sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Central Coast of California. Rich gold in color, this expressive Chardonnay opens with tropical aromas of pineapple and guava highlighted with toasted oak and caramel The palate is layered with hints of green apple and a touch of honey. This is a full-bodied wine with a lingering creaminess. Winemaking Notes We harvested the Chardonnay for the 2021 vintages in the early morning hours and brought the fruit into the winery at peak ripeness. After being destemmed and gently pressed, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks for the primary fermentation. Select lots were then chosen and racked off to a combination of French and American oak to undergo malolactic fermentation and aging. In the end, the combination of stainless steel aged lots and oak aged lots were blended to create a lovely Chardonnay that has the perfect balance of fruit and oak.

Estancia Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully balanced red wine from the coastal influenced vineyards of California. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and vanilla lift from the glass, revealing a sense of berry compote. Layers of dark berries create a velvety mouthfeel, underscored by threads of lightly toasted oak, caramel and a drop of raspberry on the finish. Winemaking Notes: The grapes for our Cabernet Sauvignon enjoy longer time on the vine to develop complex flavor characteristics and ripe tannins. We harvested the grapes early in the morning, then destemmed and crushed them to tank where they were fermented on the skins. We then pressed the wine off of skins before aging on oak.

Orin Swift Burnt Sacrifice 750ML 2019

In the after math of the 2020 Glass Fire, Dave Phinney swept a myriad of burnt leaves from his backyard. The fire had just burned through parts of the Napa Valley and destroyed vineyards, wineries, homes and memories. The one-off 2019 Burnt Sacrifice was created to help the region’s families and rebuild the community; a portion of these proceeds will be donated to the Napa Valley Community Foundation. Resilience and strength define our communities. Tasting Notes: Eye catching, the dark garnet core and vivid fuchsia rim draws one to the glass. On the nose, popping aromas of muddled black currant, candied sweet plum, boysenberry and anise abound. On the palate, the entry is lush with notes of black licorice, black cherry and crème de cassis that carry through to the mid, joined by freshly roasted espresso bean. The finish is prolonged with warm olive levain bread and plum preserves.

For our China Doll Rosé, we needed fruit that ripened well, but which also kept its natural acidity and flavors—the Central Coast’s Rancho Real Vineyard delivered. Using mostly Grenache and Syrah, we were able to bring the China Doll vision to life—delicate and nuanced, but with no shortage of complexity. Tasting Notes: A deep salmon color in the glass, the wine bursts with aromas of ripe raspberries, wild strawberries and juicy Honeycrisp apples. A quenching entry and mid-palate packed with ripe red fruits, rose hips and a touch of flint featuring a clean finish with lively acidity and sweet strawberry, inviting for more.
