Assorted Roasted & Seasoned Nuts

An assortment of roasted and seasoned nuts are a great way to start the evening while finding your favorite Pinot Noir pairing.

Ingredients


Chili Lime Cashews:
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
• ¼ tsp chili powder
• ½ cup raw cashews

Paprika Lime Peanuts:
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
• ¼ tsp paprika
• ½ cup peanuts

Curried Cashews:
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• ¼ tsp curry powder
• ½ cup raw cashews

Directions


Chili Lime Cashews or Paprika Lime Peanuts
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl stir together lime juice and either chili powder or paprika.
3. Add cashews or peanuts to the bowl and toss until coated.
4. Spread mixture in a single layer onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Roast until dry, about 5 minutes.

Directions


Curried Cashews
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl stir together olive oil and curry.
3. Add cashews to the bowl and toss until coated.
4. Spread mixture in a single layer onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Roast until dry, about 5 minutes.

Serving


Serve each individually to enjoy the uniqueness of the flavors or shake it up and double the above recipes and add the additional 1/2 cup of each mix with 1/2 cup of smokehouse almonds and 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts.
