Estancia 2021 Pinot Grigio is a bright, light bodied white wine from California. This wine offers a floral nose with notes of apple blossom and lemon leaf. Notes of sliced nectarine and Golden Delicious apple play on the palate with a thread of honey pulling through to the finish. To capture the most fruit-forward expression of Pinot Grigio grapes, we allowed the wine to ferment longer. As a result, the fruit flavor characteristics and aromatics were accentuated in the wine.

William Hill Sauvignon Blanc V23 750ML

Our crisp, bright and refreshing and California Sauvignon Blanc opens with generous aromas of green apple, tropical fruit and citrus. These are carried through to the palate, complemented by layered notes of ripe pear, fresh-cut lime, ripe melon and pineapple. A touch of weight on the palate adds to the depth of flavor, while the crisp acidity drives a long, fruit-forward finish. This wine is unoaked and does not go through malolactic fermentation, giving this a vibrant, fruit-driven taste profile.

Starborough Sauvignon Blanc V23 750ML

Smith & Hook Sauvignon Blanc V22 750ML

Fresh, bright and crisp, this pale lemon-rind-colored Sauvignon Blanc features lively flavors of grapefruit, citrus and crisp pear with subtle freshcut-hay notes and vivid acidity. The finish lingers with minerality, hints of green apple, lemongrass and a touch of jalapeño. This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards in the Central Coast, where consistently warm sunny days are followed by cool breezes from the Pacific Ocean at night. While below average winter rainfall led to some light early spring irrigation, the 2022 growing season continued with favorable warm weather that aided canopy growth and even berry set. Steady temperatures ensured fruit was maturing slowly allowing for gradual ripening and extended hang times. A small heat spike in late September slightly sped up the harvest but fruit still came in with beautiful acidity. Harvested from certified sustainable vineyards, the fruit was hand-picked in the early morning, brought to the winery and destemmed. The wine was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the beautiful natural acidity of the grapes.

Pinot Grigio is a grape particularly at home in northeast Italy. Aromatic, layered and bright, this 100% Pinot Grigio opens with a tropical flourish on the nose and a striking straw yellow color. Full, smooth and very well balanced, notes of green apple, juicy Bartlett pear and fresh-cut citrus fill the palate, with a crisp mineral edge and hints of honey and melon on the long finish.

William Hill Central Coast Chardonnay V20 750ML

Distinctly fruit forward on the nose and palate, the William Hill Central Coast Chardonnay is a beautiful summer wine. The nose gives you aromas of stone fruit, Granny Smith apples and a hint of lemon zest. On the palate you will be treated to layers of nectarine, green apple, citrus with hints of caramel, vanilla and a delicate edge of orange blossom. This is an elegant expression of Chardonnay with a creamy mouthfeel and long honey-tinged finish. VITICULTURE NOTES: Our 2020 Central Coast Chardonnay is sourced primarily from San Luis Obispo and Monterey Counties. The 2020 harvest experienced ongoing drought conditions throughout the state of California which caused a slight reduction in crop size. Both San Luis Obispo and Monterey are known for warm sunny days and cool evening weather patterns. These idyllic conditions allow the Chardonnay to ripen slowly and evenly. The resulting fruit is fully developed with beautifully concentrated of flavors and seasoned tannins. WINEMAKER NOTES: The grapes for our Central Coast Chardonnay were whole-cluster pressed. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks to ensure a slow, even and clean process. This Chardonnay underwent malolactic fermentation while being aged on its lees and stirred weekly to build texture and a creamy mouthfeel. After individual evaluations of each lot, the final blend was assembled to create a rich and beautifully balanced Chardonnay.

The most widely planted white wine grape in California, Chardonnay is expressed in many different styles due to the state’s varied regions. Microclimates and unique soil types allow us to source Chardonnay that tell us about place, helping us achieve our goal of showing what California has to offer. Before everything is blended, each lot expresses where it comes from—some are acid-forward and mineral-focused, while others are robust, ripe and fruit-forward. But through blending trials, we’re able to bring them together and form a piece of liquid art. Sourced from the Russian River Valley, Atlas Peak, Santa Maria Valley and other prestigious AVAs across the state, Mannequin is our manifestation of California Chardonnay. WINEMAKER’S NOTES A blinding white gold and a chartreuse shimmer in the glass, the 2021 Mannequin opens with opulent, beguiling aromatics. Ripe golden apple, concentrated jasmine, citrus notes and a touch of cream and fresh brioche emerge. The entry is bright yet with a bit of weight; similar aromatic notes come through on the palate supplemented by rich honeydew and green apple. Tempered by a prominent vein of acidity, the wine closes at length with a seamless silk-like quality, finishing with pleasing minerality

Hahn SLH Chardonnay V21 750ML

Lively aromas of lemon citrus, pineapple and orange blossom with hints of tropical fruit, caramelized honey and toasty vanilla. On the palate, this wine has an refined texture with a silky, smooth mouthfeel and medium acidity. Notes of Meyer lemon, golden apple and fresh cut pear, combined with delicate notes of toasty oak and creamy minerality, lead to an elegant long finish. The winter rainfall was slightly below average, but we were able to compensate with early spring irrigation to fill soil profiles before budbreak. Warm spring temperatures aided vine growth and they were able to reach max canopy height. Summer temperatures heated up and slowed down vine growth as vines transitioned into fruit development. Weather leading into harvest was relatively cool and uneventful, which allowed for gradual ripening of the fruit. It was another remarkable growing season in the Santa Lucia Highlands, resulting in wines with beautiful color, concentrated flavors, great structure and naturally balanced acidity. After being carefully picked and precisely sorted for quality, the fruit was destemmed, sent direct to press and fermented entirely in small French oak barrels. The wine was hand-stirred on its lees every three weeks for the 10 months it aged in barrel. When the wine was ready to be blended, our winemaker selected only the finest barrels that best express the aromas and flavors of the Santa Lucia Highlands

Frei Brothers Sonoma Reserve Sauvignon Blanc V23 750ML

This Russion River Valley Sauvignon Blanc is an incredible reflection of the misty, cool vineyards where it is grown. Classic notes of lemongrass, minerality and crisp acidity are given complexity and depth by rich flavors of tropical fruit, citrus and peach. Subtle notes of vanilla and caramel linger on the lengthy finish.

Our 2021 Nobilo Icon Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc showcases the top selections of the vintage. Viticulture Notes Fruit is selected from cool maritime vineyards throughout the Marlborough growing region, creating a vibrant, well-balanced wine with crisp tropical and citrus fruit notes. Vintage 2021 began with cool, occasionally wet conditions that persisted through spring. By summer, warm, sunny days and crisp, cool nights emerged, allowing grapes to develop layered flavors while maintaining region’s signature crisp structure. An early harvest brought bright, mature fruit into the cellar. Winemaking Notes The grapes were harvested at night in cool temperatures to preserve their vibrant fruit characteristics, then destemmed and pressed immediately with minimal skin contact into stainless steel tanks. A long, slow fermentation was carried out over three weeks at cool temperatures using various yeast strains to lend complexity, enhance fruit expression and maintain the classic Marlborough character. Each block was kept separate throughout the winemaking process, allowing different parcels to blend into Nobilo’s signature style.

Hahn Founders Chardonnay V23 750ML

Our 2023 Chardonnay is a bright white wine with hints of tropical fruit a whisper of toasted oak and toffee. Aromas of banana and lemongrass meet layers of crisp apple and pear. The finish is clean with a touch of Meyer lemon zest. The grapes for this wine were harvested at optimum ripeness. To create vibrant flavor characteristics, we conducted fermentation at low- to moderate temperatures from 55°-62°F with carefully selected aromatic yeast. Post fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve brightness and balance.

Maso Canali Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC V19 750ML

Maso Canali Pinot Grigio boasts a radiant, pale straw hue with crisp citrus and light floral aromas. On the palate, hints of nectarine are layered by delicate tropical fruit notes. We dry a portion of grapes on racks utilizing the Passito method which contributes a full mouthfeel and texture. This dry, fruit-forward white wine offers bright acidity a lingering finish.
