Our 2021 Malbec is a big, full-bodied wine made from Argentina's most famous red grape. Showing dark purple in the glass, this wine radiates aromas of blackberry and semi-sweet chocolate. The palate brims with layers of blackcurrant and red raspberry underscored with hints of white pepper. The mouthfeel is silky, leading to a long finish with touches of pomegranate and vanilla bean. About The Region Some of the most renowned winegrowing regions of Argentina are in Mendoza, a province in the western Cuyo region. Tucked under the massive shoulders of the Andes Mountains, the vines thrive in desert conditions quenched by mineral-rich snowmelt. Altitudes from 3,000 to 5,000 feet surround the vines in cool temperatures, crisp mountain air and sunlight that helps produce the bold flavor characteristics found in Mendoza-grown Malbec. Viticulture Notes The 2021 harvest in Mendoza began with unseasonal frost in early October. This caused a slight reduction in crop size but was mitigated when warm weather kicked in and the regular diurnal temperature shifts came into play. Overall, the grapes were allowed to fully ripen on the vine, resulting in outstanding quality. Winemaking Notes The grapes for our Malbec were hand harvested, de-stemmed and crushed. The must was cold soaked for 72 hours prior to fermentation, which occurred over seven days in both upright and conical tanks at a maximum temperature of 85°F. For optimal extraction of color and flavor, we used pump-overs and the skins were left in contact with the juice for up to 20 days. This wine was aged on a combination of French and American oak before bottling.

Hahn Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir V21 750ML

Our 2021 Hahn Appellation Series Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir is ruby red in color, with aromas of black cherry, ripe red berry and subtle hints of vanilla and warm spice. On the palate, soft and delicate flavors of cherry and raspberry are followed by creamy nuances and spicy minerality, culminating in a pleasantly long finish. VINEYARDS Grapes for this wine are sourced from Ste. Philippe Vineyard – our certified sustainable estate vineyard in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County. Located south of the Santa Lucia Highlands, Ste. Philippe sits in an ancient, dry riverbed with well-drained, sandy loam soils. Coastal influence and cool winds from Monterey Bay contribute to an extended growing season which ensures complexity and intensity of the fruit. WINEMAKING Picked in early morning, the Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed into stainless steel tanks and fermented for about two weeks. During that time, the wine was pumped over several times daily to maximize color, aromatics and flavor extraction. After the juice was pressed on the skins, it was settled and racked into French oak barrels to age for 11 months

Prophecy Pinot Noir 2021 is a bright, medium-bodied red wine grown in California. Aromas of red fruit open in the glass with a touch of Tahitian vanilla and toasted coconut. The palate is refreshing with layers of cherry and raspberry underscored by accents of spice. A well-balanced mouthfeel leads to a long, velvety finish.

Brancaia Chianti Classico V15 750ML

Brancaia’s Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is crafted with Sangiovese grapes from BRANCAIA’s 2 Chianti Classico vineyard estates. An elegant wine with aromas of black cherry and sweet herbs. On the palate, hints of almond and toast integrate alongside supple tannins before a long, mineral-tinged finish. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 16 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels, with Sangiovese aged in 500-liter tonneaux and Merlot in 225-liter barriques. Pair with grilled fish, stews, beef, and rich pasta dishes like risotto.

Alamos Red Blend V20 750ML

Our 2020 Red Blend is a richly layered, dark red wine from Mendoza, one of Argentina’s renowned winegrowing regions. Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Bonarda leads the blend, bringing textured notes of dark cherry with a dash of sweet vanilla. Spicy notes of blackberry underscored by hints of toasted oak fill out the palate on the way to a long finish with a touch of dried herb.

Hahn Arroyo Seco GSM V22 750ML

Our 2022 Appellation Series Grenache, Syrah and Mourvédre is a symphony of deep and tart berry layers. Aromas of lavender and white pepper echo on the palate with notes of cherry, blackberry and blueberry with a subtle ribbon of warm spice. The mouthfeel is velvety with a long, lingering finish.

Apothic Pinot Noir V22 750ML

A flavorful Pinot Noir with rich, smooth layers of dark fruit character and an intriguingly lighter-bodied style. Apothic Pinot Noir offers notes of ripe raspberry and black cherry, with a touch of caramel and vanilla from the oak. Long and lingering on the finish, this is a bright red wine with endless possibilities. It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. Viticulture Notes: We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. Winemaking Notes: We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure

Carnivor Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon V21 750ML

The 2021 Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully balanced wine that combines the boldness of a classic Cabernet with the richness of bourbon barrel aging. A deep, garnet color shows in the glass. Aromas of plum, blackberry and black cherry rise from the glass with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and luscious, with layers of ripe black fruit and a soft, velvety mouthfeel. Notes of toasted vanilla bean and buttery maple syrup emerge, adding a layer of complexity and richness. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering echoes of brown sugar and toasted oak.

The 2021 Clos du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon is a decadently smooth, full-bodied wine. Deep purple shows in the glass with aromas of black cherry and a subtle touch of vanilla from the oak. Our 2021 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is a full-bodied wine with pronounced notes of luscious dark fruit. On the nose, aromas of dark cherries rise first, followed by dusts of cocoa and toasted oak. A silky mouthfeel leads to layers of dark raspberry and ripe strawberry with hints of vanilla. The finish is long and lingering with a vibrant pop of cherry at the end.

Hahn Founders Cabernet Sauvignon V22 750ML

Inviting aromas of dark cherry and blackberry are complemented by hints of vanilla, leather and toasted oak. Rich and robust tannins frame flavors of blackberry, blueberry and ripe red fruit with a touch of vanilla and spice, culminating with a smooth and opulent finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in outstanding vineyards throughout California, primarily the warmer climate of Lodi. Here grapes ripen fully and develop ample cherry and black currant flavors on the vine. Once harvested we ferment our grapes in French oak, enhancing the wine’s mouthfeel and contributing a subtle spicy aroma

The 2022 Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, well-structured red wine. A bouquet of dark berry, freshly ground coffee and dried herb notes bound from the glass, then carry through to the palate. Undercurrents of cola, shaved dark chocolate and a dust of cinnamon add rich complexity that carries through to a strong finish.

Hahn SLH Reserve Pinot Noir V21 750ML

Only select vineyard plots are chosen by our winemaker to carry the SLH name. Our 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir has strong structure with concentrated fruit. On the palate, strawberry, dried red cherry, black cherry, and violet are complemented by subtle hints of earthiness.

The fruit has been purchased from the same handshake contracted grower for 50 years. 100% Nebbiolo from sandy soils. 300m asl. 30 year old vines. Aged for less than a year in neutral Slavonian oak. A wine well suited to red meats on the spit and grilled, game, truffled fondue, agnolotti, Italian gourmet dishes of white and red meats, also with spiced sauces.

Orin Swift Mercury Head 750ML 2021

When we decided not to make Mercury Head in 2020, the anticipation for the next release was palpable. In the cellar, we were giddy, ready to assemble a blend worthy of the famed dimes. The 2021 vintage was fortuitous in both yield and quality, giving us a lot of components to make trial blends with. We’re very excited to bring back Mercury Head as 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from both the Stagecoach and Warnock Vineyards on Atlas Peak, the Morisoli Vineyard in Rutherford and the Taplin Vineyard in St. Helena. WINEMAKER’S NOTES An almost-black, opaque garnet core sit s in the glass with slow-moving tears falling down the sides. Immediate aromatic notes of ripe cassis, charred ribeye, sandalwood and freshly cut oak pilfer—breathe deeper for more. The first sip is a complex, layered conundrum of blackberry, black plum, fennel, licorice and dark chocolate. More sips peel back the layers to reveal a rich and balanced wine with a deep cassis core. A sweet linger on the finish closes the wine with softly textured chalky tannins.

Our Frei Brothers Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied, fruit-forward expression of the Russian River Valley. Aromas of orange peel, spiced fig and bergamot rise from the glass. Layers of dark cherry, black plum and pomegranate notes are underscored by tones of mocha and toasted oak. Mild tannins balance hints of crushed lavender and dried dark cherry that persist through the long finish.

Orin Swift Slander 750ML 2022

A focus on geographic diversity has been a principle of ours or many years. Sourcing grapes from across California gives us the flexibility to produce wines when some regions are affected by forces outside of our control. But when the entire state experiences a great vintage, the diversity can sometimes be a problem…a good problem. Extensive tastings of trial blends are difficult when each blend is great for specific reasons. But in the end, we all agreed on the blend in front of you, comprised of fruit from across California — Sonoma Coast, Santa Lucia Highlands, Sta. Rita Hills and many more. WINEMAKER’S NOTES Crisp crimson in the glass, the 2021 Slander opens with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate, Bing cherry and cedar. Secondary aromatics abound, with hints of redwood grove underbrush, white pepper and earth. Delicate on entry, the palate is flooding with red plum, cherry cola, rhubarb and spices. A touch of cocoa powder on the finish, the wine closes with confident acidity and length.

Dark Horse Pinot Noir V22 750ML

The 2022 Dark Horse Pinot Noir is a smooth, medium-bodied wine from California. Notes of Bing cherry and raspberry meet aromas of shaved cedar in this bright wine. A polished mouthfeel leads to a lingering finish with a touch of strawberry. Viticulture Notes The 2022 growing season was warmer than normal with average crop yields. Increasing temperatures hastened harvest during August, which produced smaller yields of highly concentrated berries. Winemaking Notes We harvested the grapes for this wine during the cool evening hours. Grapes were then brought to the winery, destemmed, and gently crushed before being fermented at temperatures of between 88°-92°F. This warmer fermentation served to further concentrate flavors and extract intense color from the skins. The wine was aged on oak post fermentation to add complexity and balance.

Edna Valley Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon V22 750ML

Our 2022 Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, full-bodied wine brimming with aromas of blackberry pie. The mouthfeel is round with layers of wild brambleberry accented with notes of toasted oak and caramel. Structured tannins deliver subtle hints of warm spice and dried herbs on the finish.

Orin Swift Palermo 750ML 2021

Poured as a dark garnet, the wine opens with primary aromas of ripe cassis and blackberry. Supporting hints of dark chocolate, toasted oak and cedar support the typical Orin Swift Cabernet Sauvignon nose. The entry is flooding with notes of dark fruits and a mid-palate bolstered with redcurrant, bay leaf and a reemergence of cassis. The wine closes with well-developed tannins and a striking minerality despite the supple and soft finish.
