Valley floor fruit brings mouth-filling plushness to the palate, while concentrated mountain fruit drives through the core. Focused black fruit –cherry, plum, and raspberry –surge long and deep with hints of black olive and freshly cracked pepper. Polished tannins frame and lengthen the palate as a balancing acidity provides a magnifying lift. Clos du Bois Merlot V21 750ML

Our 2021 Merlot is a velvety, approachable red wine from California. Layers of black plum and boysenberry meet hints of mocha and toasted oak in this medium-bodied wine. Hints of cherry and vanilla give the wine depth on the palate before leading to a long finish. Viticulture Notes: The fruit for our Merlot originated from sun-drenched vineyards in California’s Central Valley. The 2021 vintage experienced ongoing dry conditions in the state. A mild summer helped increase hangtime, resulting in optimal ripening and an excellent vintage overall. Winemaking Notes: To preserve fruit characteristics and create a soft mouthfeel, we aged our Merlot on oak for 3-4 months.

Allegrini La Grola Veneto IGT V15 750ML

The 2015 La Grola IGT is a deep ruby red with an expansive, alluring bouquet and elegant, harmonious palate. Fruit notes of ripe plum and wild berries blend with hints of coffee, backed by firm tannins. Full-bodied and intense while maintaining its finesse, the wine is made from Corvina Veronese and Oseleta grapes grown on terraces. The high plant density and the resulting low yields add to the wine’s unique concentration. Aging potential is 10-15 years.

Hahn Arroyo Seco Chardonnay V21 750ML

Our 2021 Hahn Appellation Series Arroyo Seco Chardonnay is light gold in appearance with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus peel and vanilla. On the palate, vibrant flavors of pineapple, stone fruit, citrus and notes of honeysuckle and butter, followed by a nuanced toasty spice on the finish. VINEYARDS Grapes for this wine are sourced from Ste. Nicolaus Vineyard & Mission Ranch– certified sustainable vineyards in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County. Located south of the Santa Lucia Highlands, both vineyards enjoy generous morning sun, with soils that are rocky and well-drained. These soils challenge the vines to yield grapes of depth, character and intensity. The AVA’s extended growing season allows fruit to ripen slowly and leads to well-balanced, flavorful wines. WINEMAKING Picked at the peak of ripeness and flavor, the Chardonnay grapes were destemmed and sent to small French oak barrels for fermentation, of which, 100% underwent a secondary malolactic fermentation to give the wine a soft and creamy texture. The wine aged on the lees in French oak barrels for 11 months

Argiano Non Confunditur Toscana IGT V21 750ML

The Argiano motto “NON CONFUNDITUR" can be found on the family crest in the entrance to our ancient cellars. It means "unique" and truly characterizes this rich, refined, elegant wine with soft tannins and a lovely nose of red berries and “Mediterranean scrub” or "Garrigue", which refers to a mix of vegetation in the ground near the vines that can add herbaceous, peppery or spicy tones to the wine.

Allegrini Palazzo della Torre Veronese IGT V21 750ML

Allegrini’s Palazzo della Torre wine comes from the eponymous cru in the Valpolicella Classico subzone of Fumane, adjacent to the Renaissance-era Villa della Torre, where Allegrini hosts hospitality and events. About 30% of this wine undergoes the appassimento process; in this way it is similar to a Ripasso wine, but distinct in that no re-fermentation takes place. Rather than add “fresh” wine to leftover grape must - as is traditional - Allegrini blends a finished appassimento wine (in effect, an Amarone) with a finished "fresh" wine. A small percentage of Sangioveto - a local clone of Sangiovese - adds lift. The result is a broad, round, and versatile expression of the region and a calling card expression of the estate

Our 2021 Prati Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of Dry Creek and Alexander Valley. The lively nose boasts aromas of blackberry, plum, and black cherry with hints of vanilla. Layers of blackberry jam, black cherry and toasted vanilla on the palate are complimented by soft notes of cedar. Beautifully balanced, this wine offers an acidic structure that holds up nicely to the abundant fruit.

Argiano’s Brunello di Montalcino is distinguished by its harmonious depth, elegance and length. Offering a deep ruby red color, vintage 2015 opens with complex aromas of fruits and florals, herbs and earth. On the well-structured palate, juicy notes of cherry, plum and blackberry blend with hints of soft leather and licorice. Medium-bodied, this Brunello has fine, soft tannins, refreshing acidity and a persistent, lingering finish.

Estancia 2021 Pinot Noir is a velvety, deep ruby hued wine with a light tannin structure. Our Pinot Noir opens with aromas of plum, cherry preserves and violet in the glass. The forward palate brims with layers of blackberry pie, fig and caramelized brown sugar that leads to a lovely medium long finish with a touch of toast.

Martín Códax Albariño V20 750ML

Our 2020 Martín Códax Albariño is a bright, coastal-influenced white wine from Spain. Aromas of apple and lemon flower meet notes of pear and apricot. This classically styled Albariño shines with a crisp minerality and bright acidity that carries through to a long, refreshing finish. Martín Códax cultivates Albariño using traditional “emparrados,” or granite pergolas. The winery is also one of the only producers in the region to harvest 100% of their grapes by hand. Albariño is aged in upright stainless steel – never in oak – to preserve aromas of fresh fruit. We used local, cultured yeasts to initiate fermentation. A portion of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation to enhance the flavor complexity in the wine, with the remainder held back to preserve the naturally crisp acidity of the Albariño grape. The wine rested on light lees for six months with no oak contact.

The single-vineyard Rocche dell’Annunziata is Renato Ratti's most elegant, complex and long-lasting Barolo, offering the refined, silky tannins and bright acidity typical of the site. Complex and firmly textured, yet delicate and graceful, Rocche dell’Annunziata unfurls with layered notes of cherry, anise, macerated strawberry, soft leather and crushed raspberries. Subtle hints of vanilla, sage and florals offer an intriguing glimpse of this soulful Barolo. The long, balanced finish is marked by firm tannins. Tremendously age-worthy, this Barolo will age beautifully for more than 25 years.

The 2019 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine grown along the meandering Russian River. Pronounced aromas of brambleberry, crushed dried herbs and violet rise from the glass. The palate delivers notes of graham cracker pie crust and black plum with undercurrents of dried sage and leather. This wine lands firmly on the rustic side of Cabernet with dusty tannins and a long earthy finish.

The historic Monte Rosso Vineyard is one of California’s oldest Cabernet Sauvignon plantings that dates back to 1880. Located in the Moon Mountain subregion of Sonoma Valley, it sits in the shadow of the Mayacama mountain range at 1,300 feet above sea level. This beautifully balanced Cabernet Sauvignon is made from select lots from within this amazing vineyard. Deep ruby in color, this wine leads with aromas of red currants, warmed cherry cobbler, sandal wood, cardamon, and vanilla oak. The rich palate brings notes of black plum, cassis, cola nut and coco dusted truffle. The wine finishes luxuriously with a supple mouthfeel and round tannin structure.
