Classic Napa Valley Cabernet aromas of ripe blackberry and red currant are underpinned by an alluring dark forest floor earthiness and a high note of red licorice/candy shop. Valley floor fruit brings mouth-filling plushness to the palate, while concentrated mountain fruit drives through the core. Focused black fruit –cherry, plum, and raspberry –surge long and deep with hints of black olive and freshly cracked pepper. Polished tannins frame and lengthen the palate as a balancing acidity provides a magnifying lift. The finish is long, juicy, and plush with a thrust of grippy tannin, persisting with notes of vanilla bean, warm spice, and toasted hazelnut

Edna Valley Vineyard Merlot V21 750ML

Our 2021 Merlot leads with supple tannins and distinctive notes of black cherry and spice. The palate is smooth, revealing notes of toasted oak for a thoroughly satisfying finish.

Clos du Bois Merlot V21 750ML

Our 2021 Merlot is a velvety, approachable red wine from California. Layers of black plum and boysenberry meet hints of mocha and toasted oak in this medium-bodied wine. Hints of cherry and vanilla give the wine depth on the palate before leading to a long finish. Viticulture Notes: The fruit for our Merlot originated from sun-drenched vineyards in California’s Central Valley. The 2021 vintage experienced ongoing dry conditions in the state. A mild summer helped increase hangtime, resulting in optimal ripening and an excellent vintage overall. Winemaking Notes: To preserve fruit characteristics and create a soft mouthfeel, we aged our Merlot on oak for 3-4 months.

J Vineyards California Chardonnay V22 750ML

The approachable, bright and flavorful 2022 J Vineyards Multi-Appellation Chardonnay was composed from three exceptional California growing regions. Aromas of vanilla and tropical fruit open on the wine, carrying through to the smooth, layered palate. Notes of apple, coconut, mandarin and peach blend seamlessly with hints of butterscotch, caramel and graham cracker. Beautifully rich and round in the mouth, this appealing Chardonnay finishes with crisp, palate-refreshing lemon zest characteristics. Try pairing this with an arugula-pear salad topped with goat cheese or, for something savory, almond-crusted chicken over herbed rice pilaf. For a cheese pairing, try creamy brie topped with orange marmalade.

Our 2022 Chateau Souverain Chardonnay is a lightly oaked, full-bodied wine from California. Our Chardonnay opens with aromas of light honeysuckle, baked apple and freshly baked brioche. The palate offers layers of pear and lemon curd. The silky mouthfeel finishes with just a hint of crisp apple on the lengthy finish.

Orin Swift Abstract 750ML 2022

The 2022 Abstract pours a dark purple core with a neon, ruby rim. The nose is quintes sential Abstract but with a broodier twist—notes of ripe black plum, cacao, black pepper, cedar, dried porcini, forest floor musk and sweet oak. The entry is coating and flooding with hints of blueberry preserves, tarragon, balsamic glaze and anise. Bright and lifting thr ough the palate, the finish offers an umami note akin to eggplant yakitori.

Louis M. Martini Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon V19 750ML

The 2019 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine grown along the meandering Russian River. Pronounced aromas of brambleberry, crushed dried herbs and violet rise from the glass. The palate delivers notes of graham cracker pie crust and black plum with undercurrents of dried sage and leather. This wine lands firmly on the rustic side of Cabernet with dusty tannins and a long earthy finish.

The historic Monte Rosso Vineyard is one of California’s oldest Cabernet Sauvignon plantings that dates back to 1880. Located in the Moon Mountain subregion of Sonoma Valley, it sits in the shadow of the Mayacama mountain range at 1,300 feet above sea level. This beautifully balanced Cabernet Sauvignon is made from select lots from within this amazing vineyard. Deep ruby in color, this wine leads with aromas of red currants, warmed cherry cobbler, sandal wood, cardamon, and vanilla oak. The rich palate brings notes of black plum, cassis, cola nut and coco dusted truffle. The wine finishes luxuriously with a supple mouthfeel and round tannin structure.

Apothic Pinot Noir V22 750ML

A flavorful Pinot Noir with rich, smooth layers of dark fruit character and an intriguingly lighter-bodied style. Apothic Pinot Noir offers notes of ripe raspberry and black cherry, with a touch of caramel and vanilla from the oak. Long and lingering on the finish, this is a bright red wine with endless possibilities. It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. Viticulture Notes: We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. Winemaking Notes: We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure

The 2023 vintage offers a very pure expression of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, a captivating balance of weight and intensity with bright, fresh acidity. Aromas of lemongrass, orange blossom, pink grapefruit, and Key lime pie are mirrored on the focused, layered palate. A dynamic interplay of ripe fruit, rich sur lie texture, and brisk acidity amplifies and extends through the mid-palate, introducing hints of white pepper and crushed rock. The finish is long and mouthwatering, the bracing high notes slowly melting into an echo of candied grapefruit peel.

Rich and robust tannins frame flavors of blackberry, blueberry and ripe red fruit with a touch of vanilla and spice, culminating with a smooth and opulent finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in outstanding vineyards throughout California, primarily the warmer climate of Lodi. Here grapes ripen fully and develop ample cherry and black currant flavors on the vine. Once harvested we ferment our grapes in French oak, enhancing the wine’s mouthfeel and contributing a subtle spicy aroma
