Prophecy Pinot Noir V19 750ML

Prophecy Pinot Noir 2019 is a bright, medium-bodied red wine grown in California. Aromas of red fruit open in the glass with a touch of Tahitian vanilla and toasted coconut. The palate is refreshing with layers of cherry and raspberry underscored by accents of spice. A well-balanced mouthfeel leads to a long, velvety finish. Viticulture Notes Vintage 2019 in California experienced cool temperatures that effectively lengthened the growing season and allowed the grapes to ripen gradually at lower sugars. Grapes from this harvest have concentrated flavor and optimal balance. Winemaking Notes Grapes for this Pinot Noir were fermented at temperatures between 78° and 82°F in stainless steel tanks. Skin contact time was tailored to each vineyard for enhanced color and flavor and to maximize the plush mouthfeel. To create aromas of vanilla and toasted coconut, we aged the wine on American and French oak.

Estancia Monterey County Chardonnay V19 750ML

About the Wine Estancia 2019 Chardonnay is a silky, well-balanced white wine from Monterey County, California. Golden straw in color, our Chardonnay shines with bright forward fruit notes of green apple, pineapple and almond. Aromas of orange blossom, tropical fruit and honey greet you from the glass. The mouthfeel is rich with hints of oak-spice on the back palate and a long, smooth finish. Winemaking Notes The grapes for the 2019 vintage were harvested in the cool misty morning hours in the Central Coast, where warm sunny days and cool foggy evenings create ideal conditions for Chardonnay. They were immediately destemmed and gently pressed to preserve the fresh fruit flavor characteristics. All of the lots went through primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Select lots were racked into a combination of French and American oak barrels to age and undergo malolactic fermentation. The blend of both aging methods creates a smooth Chardonnay that retains its natural acidity.
