Prophecy Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine that captures the essence of one of California’s most famous noble varieties. Luscious notes of black currants, cassis and blackberry meld with hints of vanilla for a smooth palate. Underlying hints of cocoa and toasty oak add depth. The finish is refined and long with a touch of pepper at the end.

The 2022 Kali Hart Pinot Noir is a most fruit-forward expression of California's Central Coast. Notes of crushed blackberry and cherry meld with warm notes of caramelized vanilla and clove. The mouthfeel is silky with hints of wild strawberry and a touch of dried lavender. This wine finishes smooth with a touch of minerality.

Tornatore Etna Rosso is ruby red with faint purple color, a typical trait of the Nerello Mascalese variety, which is not known for rich color. The wine has notes of macerated strawberries and raspberries, morello cherries and black plum, which blend with subtle hints of herbs and earth. Surprisingly full in structure, fine tannins and bright acidity give the wine richness, complexity and persistence.

Our 2022 Clos du Bois Pinot Noir is an elegant red wine with a silky mouthfeel from California. Showing garnet red in the glass, our Pinot Noir opens with aromas of wild strawberry, Bing cherry and a hint of caramel. Layers of raspberry and cherry cola are touched by notes of vanilla and toasty oak on the palate.

Black ink that coats the glass and transforms it into an altered state , the 2021 Machete opens with decadent aromas of blue and black fruits, charred meat, a hint of funk and troves of minerality. The entry is more dense than expected with notes of black plum, other stone fruits and essence of game but yet tempered and balanced by candied orange peel and leveled acidity . Typical tannins for this Petite Sirah-based wine, the wine closes with voluptuous texture and intensity.

In 1964, Louis P. Martini, son of Napa pioneer Louis M. Martini, purchased 178 acres of land which the Martini family developed into a vineyard they named Ghost Pines as a tribute to the native grey pines which at dusk, appear to hover, solitary and ghostlike throughout the coastal valleys. <br><br> Ghost Pines Merlot draws from multiple winegrowing counties to create a wine as unique as the Ghost Pine itself. Hints of black cherry and ripe berries complement mocha and brown spice notes finishing with a generous, supple texture.

TRE stands for its three grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as for its three Tuscan vineyards (Maremma, Castellina and Radda in Chianti). The assemblage is dominated by Sangiovese with 70 percent, but Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon also bring their charm with 15% each. This well-structured, medium-bodied wine is aged for twelve months before it is bottled. Two thirds of the expansion takes place in French tonneaux and one in cement. This elegant, well-structured cuvée offers plenty of drinking pleasure now or later and goes well with every kitchen. “There is no better entry-level wine than this,” says Monica Larner (for Robert Parker) with reference to the TRE 2014. And James Suckling states: “Really delicious, really juicy, with wonderful aromas of red fruits.” <br><br> Ideal with: pasta and rice dishes, light roasted or sautéed meat, poultry, fried or grilled fish. Our favorite: with Vitello Tonnato with fresh capers.

A wine for first courses and red meats. <br><br>Renato Ratti founded his winery in 1965 and was the first to map the region of Barolo, paving the way for the commercial idea of terroir in Italy. After Renato’s death in 1988, his son Pietro has carried on his father’s legacy, Ratti's Barbera d'Asti is the winery's most accessible and versatile wine. A cold and rainy spring replenished the water resources in the soil. A warm and sunny summer with significant daily diurnal range gave ideal conditions for fruit development. Harvest occurred in late September.

Flavorful and smooth, Our 2021 Frei Brothers Reserve Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic expression of this acclaimed region. Allegrini’s Amarone is a benchmark of the region, a gastronomic and modern style that gives both richness and elegance.  A blend of Corvina and Corvinone, with a small percentage of Rondinella and Oseleta. Estate grown. High elevation vineyards. Intense ruby red tending to garnet, it reveals an extraordinary complexity on the nose, with notes of cherries in spirits and blackberry jam, followed by hints of dried violets, dark chocolate, coffee and tobacco. It takes the palate by surprise with its balance, freshness and softness, enhanced by silky-smooth tannins. <br><br> <b>Viticulture Notes:</b><br> This year the harvest was long, with slow ripening, and abundant, high-quality grapes. Spring was particularly wet and in early July, due to the considerable number of bunches, we carried out some thinning to restore the equilibrium of the vineyard. A dry period started in July, interspersed with some timely showers. On the eve of the harvest, heavy rains (up to 170 millimetres of rainfall) made us fear the worst, but fortunately, the forecasted poor weather conditions failed to materialize. In September, therefore, we experienced a sort of new, ‘mini summer’, with temperatures reaching up to 33°C, high overall temperatures but also equally high fluctuations (even differences of 15°C between day and night), which enabled the grapes to attain ideal ripeness. Phenolic maturity was achieved in the last third of September. The grapes are in a perfectly healthy condition, with high quantities and quality. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes:</b><br> The controlled drying (appassimento) of the harvested grapes, which lasts for a about one hundred days, brings with it the great aromatic intensity of dark fruit and undergrowth, together with spicy and tobacco notes. The impact on the palate is powerful and vigorous, with the wine gradually tapering on the acidic and savoury momentum, extending gently with a clean, dry finish.

Crafted from up to 100 individual small lots, the appealing Russian River Valley Pinot Noir captures the classic characteristics of this renowned variety and region. Deeply layered and velvet-smooth, offering notes of perfectly ripe blackberry, black cherry, dark plum and cranberry that blend with hints of toast, spice, lavender and rose. Rich oak sweetness characteristics feature on the midpalate, while soft tannins add intriguing texture.

Aromas of bing cherry, blackberry and cassis with hints of chocolate mocha and caramel. The palate is full-bodied and rich with flavors of ripe berries and dark fruit, supported by silky tannins and notes of vanilla marshmallow and layers of spice on a complex, long finish. <br><br> While below average winter rainfall led to some light early spring irrigation, the 2021 growing season continued with favorable warm spring weather that aided vines to reach max canopy height. Summer temperatures heated up and slowed down vine growth as vines transitioned into fruit development. Weather leading into harvest was relatively cool and uneventful. Moderate day temperatures and cool nights ensured extended hang times, which resulted in wines with great structure, round mouthfeel, and balanced flavors

The palate is silky smooth, almost slippery, with bursting flavors of ripe strawberry, red plum, kirsch and graham cracker. Chalky tannins and a long-structured finish round out the wine. <br><br> <b>Aging</b><br> Barrel aged 10 months in French oak barrels

This 2018 Argiano Solengo Toscana IGT is a balanced and harmonious Solengo with a nose of spice and berries. It is velvety on the palate with great structure and a long finish. <br><br> <b>VINIFICATION:</b><br> Varieties were fermented separately, with about 20 days on the skins. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in cement tanks. <br><br> <b>VINTAGE:</b><br> The 2018 vintage began with a cold winter followed by a mild spring without too much rain. The summer was characterized by heavy rains at the end of June and a very warm August, but the season ended favorably with large diurnal shifts that allowed for optimal maturation.

This expressive blend features intense aromas of red and black berries, plums and dark cherries underscored by notes of lavender. The palate is smooth and rich with notes of dark fruit, bramble berries and a touch of dried eucalyptus and warm spice on a lingering finish.

Our rich, full bodied 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a savory and darkly fruited expression of our William Hill Estate vineyard. The wine opens with bold notes of wild blackberry bush, plum, mission fig and black cherry reduction, mingling with earthy hints of leather, aniseed, cracked pepper, cinnamon, and clove. The texture of the wine is supported by fine tannins and balanced acidity that help frame the dense, velvety-smooth finish. California’s 2021 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes</b><br> We harvested a majority of the grapes for the Apothic Dark at night in cool temperatures to preserve the character of the fruit, then we fermented the varieties between 88° to 90°F. The blend, primarily Petite Sirah and Teroldego with other dark-skinned varieties in support, was crafted to showcase a silky mouthfeel with hints of dark chocolate and spice
