Our California Pinot Gris is delightfully aromatic, approachable and bright. Generous aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle offer a fragrant, floral introduction, while the crisp and inviting palate is highlighted by layered hints of white peach, pear, kiwifruit and lime zest. A fleshy mid-palate with vibrant citrus and mango characteristics adds depth before the crisp, mouth-watering finish. The wine’s lively acidity makes it an ideal partner for food. The William Hill Estate Winery 2021 Napa Valley Chardonnay is an elegant expression of California's acclaimed winegrowing region. Aromas of toasted caramel and warm brioche radiate from the glass. The mouthfeel is luscious and creamy, revealing layers of apple, pear and vanilla with a dollop of lemon custard. Notes of lemon zest brighten the long, crisp finish.

This wine expresses aromas of black cherry, red ripe plum, with hints of vanilla and spice. The palate mimics those fruits with a touch of blackberry, mocha and velvety tannins, while a rich and luscious mouthfeel tie the whole package together

It's rare to find a wine from the Napa Valley composed of all five Bordeaux-style varietals, but for many years, that has been Papillon's focus. The raw strength and prestige of Cabernet Sauvignon buttressed by the opulence of Merlot, the spiciness of Cabernet Franc, the depth of Malbec and the sheer unctuousness of Petit Verdot come together seamlessly. The 2021 Papillon is sourced from Napa Valley growers we've worked with for decades-Stagecoach Vineyard, Indian Joe, Morisoli Vineyard and even a touch from the Monte Rosso Vineyard over on Moon Mountain, just to name a few. <br><br><i>Our good friend and fellow winemaker, Greg Gorman, photographed the label.</i><br><br> The 2021 Papillon fills the glass with an unmistakable dark crimson, a flash of neon purple and a ruby rim. Tears move glacially and the wine opens with aromatics of boysenberry jam, violets, chocolate covered blueberry and hints of Cara Cara rind, graphite and brioche. The entry and mid-palate are bright throughout with considerable weight-tones of cassis, blackberry and baking spices flourish. Enveloping texture, chalky, drying tannins and an enduring finish bows out the wine.

Our 2022 Clos du Bois Pinot Noir is an elegant red wine with a silky mouthfeel from California. Showing garnet red in the glass, our Pinot Noir opens with aromas of wild strawberry, Bing cherry and a hint of caramel. Layers of raspberry and cherry cola are touched by notes of vanilla and toasty oak on the palate.

Sourced from some of California’s finest vineyards, our Franciscan Sauvignon Blanc is filled with notes of with grapefruit, green apple & lemon zest. Crisp and refreshing, it pairs perfectly with Baja fish tacos and seasonal salads.

The 2022 Dark Horse Pinot Noir is a smooth, medium-bodied wine from California. Notes of Bing cherry and raspberry meet aromas of shaved cedar in this bright wine. A polished mouthfeel leads to a lingering finish with a touch of strawberry. <br><br> <b>Viticulture Notes</b><br> The 2022 growing season was warmer than normal with average crop yields. Increasing temperatures hastened harvest during August, which produced smaller yields of highly concentrated berries. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes</b></br> We harvested the grapes for this wine during the cool evening hours. Grapes were then brought to the winery, destemmed, and gently crushed before being fermented at temperatures of between 88°-92°F. This warmer fermentation served to further concentrate flavors and extract intense color from the skins. The wine was aged on oak post fermentation to add complexity and balance.

Our food-friendly, velvety-smooth Frei Brothers Sonoma Reserve Dry Creek Valley Merlot offers a full-bodied style with flavorful ripe fruit characteristics and complex structure. Layered notes of dark plum, black cherry and baked blackberry are accented on the robust, well-balanced palate by hints of chocolate, black pepper and spice-roasted nuts. Oak aging adds subtle touches of nutmeg, vanilla and toasted oak on the long, supple finish. Pair this versatile Merlot with roasted chicken or turkey, slow-cooked beef stew or a grilled lamb burger topped with cheese.

Our 2021 Jayson Chardonnay offers a captivating interplay of richness and finesse, with a soulful complexity revealing itself with each sip. The nose is greeted with aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle, lemon oil, and crushed Marcona almond. Notes of preserved Meyer lemon introduce the bright, finely detailed palate, the integrated oak profile lending a complementing mid-palate richness. Interwoven notes of butterscotch, marzipan, and grilled pineapple slowly emerge and sustain through a long, layered finish.

Our Mirassou California Pinot Grigio is a refreshing, medium-bodied white wine. Aromas of fresh citrus and white peach greet the nose while layers of stone fruit impart crisp layers of pear and green apple on the palate. Pair this wine with soft cheeses, light pastas and roasted vegetables.

At Edna Valley Vineyard, we craft balanced and elegant expressions of California. The cooling coastal influence extends our growing season, creating concentrated flavors. Our luscious and complex Pinot Noir has notes of plum and pomegranate that are nicely complemented by hints of spicy oak.

Our 2022 GSM is a medium-bodied blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Aromas of violet, blueberry and a tap of white pepper rise from the glass. The mouthfeel is soft with layers of ripe raspberry and strawberry. Subtle hints of toasted oak and mocha pull through the finish.

Our 2021 William Hill Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of dark fruit and baking spice. The softly textured palate is marked by notes of blueberry compote, fig and caramel with subtle hints of vanilla and dried herbs.

To craft our Clos du Bois Sonoma Reserve Chardonnay, we looked to the premiere, cool climate vineyards of the Russian River Valley, known for elegant Chardonnay of exceptional character. This wine is bright and juicy with refreshing notes of ripe pear and citrus, leading to a luscious and creamy finish with hints of oak and spice.

A flavorful Pinot Noir with rich, smooth layers of dark fruit character and an intriguingly lighter-bodied style. Apothic Pinot Noir offers notes of ripe raspberry and black cherry, with a touch of caramel and vanilla from the oak. Long and lingering on the finish, this is a bright red wine with endless possibilities. It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. <br><br> <b>Viticulture Notes:</b><br> We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes:</b><br> We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure

The approachable, bright and flavorful 2022 J Vineyards Multi-Appellation Chardonnay was composed from three exceptional California growing regions. Aromas of vanilla and tropical fruit open on the wine, carrying through to the smooth, layered palate. Notes of apple, coconut, mandarin and peach blend seamlessly with hints of butterscotch, caramel and graham cracker. Beautifully rich and round in the mouth, this appealing Chardonnay finishes with crisp, palate-refreshing lemon zest characteristics. Try pairing this with an arugula-pear salad topped with goat cheese or, for something savory, almond-crusted chicken over herbed rice pilaf. For a cheese pairing, try creamy brie topped with orange marmalade.

The 2022 Abstract pours a dark purple core with a neon, ruby rim. The nose is quintes sential Abstract but with a broodier twist—notes of ripe black plum, cacao, black pepper, cedar, dried porcini, forest floor musk and sweet oak. The entry is coating and flooding with hints of blueberry preserves, tarragon, balsamic glaze and anise. Bright and lifting thr ough the palate, the finish offers an umami note akin to eggplant yakitori.

Crafted from up to 100 individual small lots, the appealing Russian River Valley Pinot Noir captures the classic characteristics of this renowned variety and region. Deeply layered and velvet-smooth, offering notes of perfectly ripe blackberry, black cherry, dark plum and cranberry that blend with hints of toast, spice, lavender and rose. Rich oak sweetness characteristics feature on the midpalate, while soft tannins add intriguing texture.
