Mirassou Moscato is a refreshing, easy to enjoy wine. On the nose, light floral and fresh fruit aromas lead to a lively palate of juicy peach, ripe pineapple, lychees and bright citrus accentuated by notes of honey and mandarin oranges. These luscious flavors culminate in a crisp, bright finish.

Vivid red ruby in the glass, this wine opens with aromas of red fruit, cherry, blackberry and hints of earthiness, delicate toast and vanilla spice. The palate is rich, with refined silky tannins, medium acidity and flavors of cherry, red plums, raspberry and subtle notes of allspice on a long elegant finish. <br><br> The winter rainfall was slightly below average, but we were able to compensate with early spring irrigation to fill soil profiles before budbreak. Warm spring temperatures aided vine growth and they were able to reach max canopy height. Summer temperatures heated up and slowed down vine growth as vines transitioned into fruit development. Weather leading into harvest was relatively cool and uneventful, which allowed for gradual ripening of the fruit. It was another remarkable growing season in the Santa Lucia Highlands, resulting in wines with beautiful color, concentrated flavors, great structure and naturally balanced acidity. <br><br> The 2021 vintage was crafted using small-lot winemaking techniques to capture a true expression of each vineyard block. Only estate vineyard lots with consistent superior characteristics were selected to ensure exceptional quality of this blend. The grapes were harvested during cool mornings, brought to the winery, destemmed into open-top stainless-steel tanks, cold-soaked and fermented on the skins for 10 days. The wine was then pressed off, settled and racked into a selection of small 60-gallon French oak barrels where it was aged for 14 months. When the wine was ready to be blended, our winemaker selected only the finest barrels that exemplify the aromas and flavors of the Santa Lucia Highlands.

Our 2021 Prati Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of Dry Creek and Alexander Valley. The lively nose boasts aromas of blackberry, plum, and black cherry with hints of vanilla. Layers of blackberry jam, black cherry and toasted vanilla on the palate are complimented by soft notes of cedar. Beautifully balanced, this wine offers an acidic structure that holds up nicely to the abundant fruit.

Vibrant aromas of red and dark cherry, raspberry and plum with subtle touches of vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, silky tannins and excellent acid balance are joined by delicate flavors of red cherry and raspberry, culminating with notes of earthiness on a long and lingering finish. <br><br> Our Pinot Noir grapes were primarily grown in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County, which sits on a gravelly alluvial plain beneath the Santa Lucia Mountains. Cool winds from Monterey Bay ensure gradual ripening and development of vibrant flavors. The rocky soils allow excellent drainage, enhancing intensity and promoting balanced ripeness and acidity

Allegrini’s Palazzo della Torre wine comes from the eponymous cru in the Valpolicella Classico subzone of Fumane, adjacent to the Renaissance-era Villa della Torre, where Allegrini hosts hospitality and events. About 30% of this wine undergoes the appassimento process; in this way it is similar to a Ripasso wine, but distinct in that no re-fermentation takes place. Rather than add “fresh” wine to leftover grape must - as is traditional - Allegrini blends a finished appassimento wine (in effect, an Amarone) with a finished "fresh" wine. A small percentage of Sangioveto - a local clone of Sangiovese - adds lift. The result is a broad, round, and versatile expression of the region and a calling card expression of the estate.

Our 2021 Chateau Souverain Chardonnay is a lightly oaked, full-bodied wine from California. Our Chardonnay opens with aromas of light honeysuckle, baked apple and freshly baked brioche. The palate offers layers of pear and lemon curd. The silky mouthfeel finishes with just a hint of crisp apple on the lengthy finish. <br><br> <b>Viticulture Notes:</b><br> California’s 2021  vintage experienced a cool, mild growing season with an accelerated heat spell in August, resulting in early ripening. Vintage 2021 in California shows vibrant acidity and concentrated flavor characteristics.  <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes</b><br> After harvest, the fruit was gently pressed and allowed to settle before being racked to fermenters. The juice was slowly fermented at cool temperature and after fermentation it was left on lees which were stirred up to four times a month through January. This helps to build richness and achieve the smooth mouthfeel that is the hallmark of the Chateau Souverain style.

Our Mirassou California Pinot Grigio is a refreshing, medium-bodied white wine. Aromas of fresh citrus and white peach greet the nose while layers of stone fruit impart crisp layers of pear and green apple on the palate. Pair this wine with soft cheeses, light pastas and roasted vegetables.

Invitingly flavorful and refreshingly crisp, 2022 Fleur de Mer Rosé captures the serene artistry of Provence’s idyllic, sun-washed coastal shores and fragrant, floral hillsides. This versatile, food-friendly Rosé opens with generously aromatic notes of white peach, strawberry and melon. In classic Provençal style, notes of raspberry, cherry and apple layer on the bright palate with nectarine, citrus and a subtle touch of honeysuckle. Hints of sea spray and minerality add balance and attractive texture before a delightfully crisp finish. Enjoy Fleur de Mer on its own or alongside creamy goat cheeses, green salads, sushi or fresh seafood dishes, citrus or herb-roasted chicken or a charcuterie board. <br><br> <b>Viticulture Notes</b><br> The world’s best-known region for Rosé, AOP Côtes de Provence enjoys a refreshing Mediterranean climate of warm days and cool, brisk nights. Here, vine roots plunge deep below the dry clay soils and limestone gravel, called gravoches, to reach water. Vintage 2022 was outstanding, delivering concentrated, high-quality fruit. An ideal dry spring resulted in a wonderful fruit set, followed by a warm, dry growing season. Careful canopy management allowed clusters to develop bright, expressive flavors, intense aromatics and the crisp structure of Provençal Rosé. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes</b><br> The grapes selected for our 2022 Fleur de Mer Rosé were harvested at ideal maturity, ensuring layered flavors and delicate structure. Grapes were picked in the cool early morning hours to preserve aromas and acidity, then crushed, immediately pressed and cold settled to maintain the bright, concentrated fruit characteristics and attractive pale-coral hue. Lots were fermented in cool, temperature-controlled tanks. Winemaker Florian Lacroux selected Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan to form the core of the blend, supported by other extraordinary Provençal grapes in a beautifully harmonious, layered Rosé wine.

Our 2021 Hahn Appellation Series Arroyo Seco GSM is ruby red in color, this wine bursts with aromas of strawberry and blueberry with a touch of lavender and white pepper. On the palate, layers of cherry, blueberry, blackberry and warm spice are complemented by a round mouthfeel and velvety tannins. <br><br> <b>VINEYARDS</b><br> Grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County. Located south of the Santa Lucia Highlands, these vineyards sit on a gravelly alluvial plain with rocky soils that foster excellent drainage. Arroyo Seco, one of the smallest AVAs in California, is a hidden gem, boasting one of the longest growing seasons in the state. Cool winds channeling South from Monterey Bay through the Salinas Valley ensure gradual ripening, full development of vibrant fruit flavors and bright acidity. <br><br> <b>WINEMAKING</b><br> Picked late in the evening, the grapes were destemmed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine was pumped over several times a day for maximum color, aromatics and flavor extraction. After about two weeks the wine was pressed off the skins, settled and racked into French oak barrels to age for 11 months.

Renato Ratti founded his winery in 1965 and was the first to map the region of Barolo, paving the way for the commercial idea of terroir in Italy. After Renato’s death in 1988, his son Pietro carried on his father’s legacy. <br><br> Ratti’s ‘Nebbiolo’ was first released in 1969 and has been sourced from the same single vineyard for more than 50 years. <br><br> 2021 was an erratic vintage throughout Italy. A cold and snowy Winter was followed by heavy rains and frost in Spring, which limited production in the region. The Summer was very hot and dry, which brought the grapes into disease-free ripeness and concentrated fruit. Harvest occurred in September and despite the lower yield, quality is very high.

Deep ruby, it releases aromas of white pepper, crushed mint and dried violet. Spice and dried sage drive the full body with undertones of cherry and plum. Our disciplined oak regime results in notes of toasted vanilla and cocoa. Bold tannins lead to a lengthy, broad finish.

Our 2019 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is a luxurious expression of the small, but powerful, Red Mountain AVA. Dark and elegant, our Cabernet offers dusty aromas of dried fruit and lavender with hints of pepper. The mouthfeel brims with layers of blackberry liqueur and dark cherry with undercurrents of black tea and leather. Pronounced tannins lead to a full, lingering finish for a wine elegant enough to wow your wine enthusiast friends at a dinner party.

Our smooth and inviting Russian River Valley Chardonnay showcases the best of this classic cool-climate region. Appealing aromas of florals and citrus open at first pour, while the layered, flavorful palate adds notes of white peach, pear, pineapple and fresh-cut Meyer lemon. Subtle accents of toasted hazelnut, vanilla and gingersnap add rich complexity and depth, a hallmark of the wine’s French oak aging. Try this beautifully balanced, food-friendly Chardonnay with wild mushroom pasta in a light cream sauce or Dungeness crab cake in a candied ginger hollandaise, topped with fresh green herbs. Our 2022 Grenache Rosé is a crisp wine with a refreshing, light style. In the glass, this wine shows the color of pink tulle. Aromas of cherry and sugared cranberry greet the nose while juicy notes of strawberry and watermelon meet the palate. A touch of effervescence gives the wine a buoyant, vibrant quality. Hints of raspberry pull through the long finish.

Mountain and benchland vineyards deliver a layered wine with structure, fruit intensity and finesse. Layers of vanilla and cassis are complemented by hints of cedar and a dusty finish on the palate. <br><br> The 2021 growing season marked a much-welcome return to ideal. Winter rains quenched the soil, setting the stage for dry weather the rest of the season. Over the summer, conditions stayed uneventful and mild, giving the grapes the luxury of hanging on the vine. Harvest began early, producing low yields of small berries with intense flavor concentration and optimal ripeness. <br><br> After early morning harvesting, the grapes were gently destemmed and put into upright tanks to cold soak for up to three days. To further extract flavor and varietal character, the wine was given pump-overs three times a day and kept on skins for 15 to 20 days of maceration time. The wine was then transferred to French (25% new) oak barrels for a period of 18 months.

Our Edna Valley Vineyard 2022 Buttery Chardonnay is a rich, creamy wine grown in the cool climate of California's Central Coast. Aromas of lemon flower and toasted marshmallow greet the nose. The mouthfeel is silky with notes of pear and apple supported by layers of crème brûlée and toasted oak that linger on the finish.

Our 2020 Weinbau Vineyard Merlot captures the complexity the Wahluke Slope is famous for producing. The nose is an intriguing mix of wild berry with Kalamata olive brine. This wine offers firm tannins that give the mouthfeel a big, round presence and oak aging that imparts a taut structure. Pronounced notes of blackberry, black plum and wild blueberry give our Merlot a big fruit presence. The finish is long and decadent with a layer of toasted oak and caramelized sugar. <br><br> <b>About Weinbau Vineyard</b><br> The grapes for our Merlot were harvested from wonderful old vines in blocks 54, 193 and 194 of Weinbau Vineyard, a legendary vineyard located on Washington’s Wahluke Slope. Known for its dry warm climate, Wahluke Slope allows winemaking nearly complete control of irrigation and ripening. Mineral-rich, volcanic silty loess soil provides excellent drainage and imparts complexity to the wine.

Grown in our acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard, Talbott Vineyards Pinot Noir offers aromas of savory spice with notes of plum, blackberry and vanilla. Rich on the palate, our Pinot Noir offers a soft, mouth-filling texture with an underlying minerality, vibrant acidity and satiny finish.

Whitehaven 2023 Sauvignon Blanc offers an elegant, crisp and flavorful expression of Marlborough. Bright aromatic notes of green apple, grapefruit and lime zest open with every swirl in the glass. Refreshingly crisp and vibrant on the palate, classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc notes of white peach, tropical pineapple and Meyer lemon citrus layer seamlessly with hints of fresh-cut green herbs, florals and wet stone. This mouth-watering sip offers an essence of freshness and precision, making an excellent pairing with food. Enjoy it on its own or alongside creamy goat cheese, seasonal salads, grilled citrusy chicken or a wide variety of fresh seafood dishes.

Our 2021 Buttery Chardonnay is a velvety, luscious white wine from the California coast. Aromas of lemon meringue and buttercream lift from the glass. Bright notes of apple and pear meet hints of warm vanilla with a dash of spice on the finish.

Poured as a dark garnet, the wine opens with primary aromas of ripe cassis and blackberry. Supporting hints of dark chocolate, toasted oak and cedar support the typical Orin Swift Cabernet Sauvignon nose. The entry is flooding with notes of dark fruits and a mid-palate bolstered with redcurrant, bay leaf and a reemergence of cassis. The wine closes with well-developed tannins and a striking minerality despite the supple and soft finish.

Estancia 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully balanced red wine from the coastal influenced vineyards of California. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and vanilla lift from the glass, revealing a sense of berry compote. Layers of dark berries create a velvety mouthfeel, underscored by threads of lightly toasted oak, caramel and a drop of raspberry on the finish. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes:</b><br> The grapes for our Cabernet Sauvignon enjoy longer time on the vine to develop complex flavor characteristics and ripe tannins. We harvested the grapes early in the morning, then destemmed and crushed them to tank where they were fermented on the skins. We then pressed the wine off of skins before aging on oak.

The most widely planted white wine grape in California, Chardonnay is expressed in many different styles due to the state’s varied regions. Microclimates and unique soil types allow us to source Chardonnay that tell us about place, helping us achieve our goal of showing what California has to offer. Before everything is blended, each lot expresses where it comes from—some are acid-forward and mineral-focused, while others are robust, ripe and fruit-forward. But through blending trials, we’re able to bring them together and form a piece of liquid art. Sourced from the Russian River Valley, Atlas Peak, Santa Maria Valley and other prestigious AVAs across the state, Mannequin is our manifestation of California Chardonnay. <br><br> <b>WINEMAKER’S NOTES</b><br> A blinding white gold and a chartreuse shimmer in the glass, the 2021 Mannequin opens with opulent, beguiling aromatics. Ripe golden apple, concentrated jasmine, citrus notes and a touch of cream and fresh brioche emerge. The entry is bright yet with a bit of weight; similar aromatic notes come through on the palate supplemented by rich honeydew and green apple. Tempered by a prominent vein of acidity, the wine closes at length with a seamless silk-like quality, finishing with pleasing minerality
