Our 2019 Red Willow Vineyard Syrah is a refined, fruit-driven wine underscored by savory notes. Our 2021 Red V blend is an approachable, easy-to-enjoy symphony of some of the five best grape varieties from the Central Coast that shows ruby in the glass. Scents of dried fig, black cherry and licorice follow through on the palate with accents of cranberry and white pepper. The tannins are polished and deliciously chewy with a layer of cherry preserves staying persistent on the finish.

A flavorful Pinot Noir with rich, smooth layers of dark fruit character and an intriguingly lighter-bodied style. Apothic Pinot Noir offers notes of ripe raspberry and black cherry, with a touch of caramel and vanilla from the oak. It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. <br><br> <b>Viticulture Notes:</b><br> We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes:</b><br> We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure.

Beautifully aromatic notes of ripe summer berries and a touch of oak open on the nose. The silky, medium-bodied palate reveals layers of red cherry, plum, vanilla, floral rose and pomegranate before a bright finish. An appealing choice for sipping on its own or pairing with a variety of dishes. Try alongside a roasted beet salad, grilled salmon or pork with cherry sauce. The majority of the grapes for our Pinot Noir were sourced from Edna Valley and Monterey County in California’s scenic Central Coast. The warm days and cool nights characteristic of these growing regions are influenced by their close proximity to the Pacific Coast, allowing the fruit to linger on the vine until ripening to perfection. The 2021 growing season was long, clear and cool, idyllic conditions to allow the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly, developing rich, layered flavors while maintaining incredible structure and balance. Overall quality in 2021 was outstanding.

Our food-friendly, velvety-smooth Frei Brothers Sonoma Reserve Dry Creek Valley Merlot offers a full-bodied style with flavorful ripe fruit characteristics and complex structure. Layered notes of dark plum, black cherry and baked blackberry are accented on the robust, well-balanced palate by hints of chocolate, black pepper and spice-roasted nuts. Oak aging adds subtle touches of nutmeg, vanilla and toasted oak on the long, supple finish. Pair this versatile Merlot with roasted chicken or turkey, slow-cooked beef stew or a grilled lamb burger topped with cheese.

The 2021 Clos du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon is a decadently smooth, full-bodied wine. Deep purple shows in the glass with aromas of black cherry and a subtle touch of vanilla from the oak. The palate presents layers of plum, blackberry, mocha and toasted oak. This wine carries the rich berry notes through the finish.

Our 2021 Merlot leads with supple tannins and distinctive notes of black cherry and spice. The palate is smooth, revealing notes of toasted oak for a thoroughly satisfying finish.

Our 2020 Columbia Winery Riesling is a dry, medium-bodied, classic expression of the crisp acidity resulting from Washington’s cool-climate. Aromas of green apple, lime blossom and orange zest rise from the glass and brighten the palate. A touch of effervescence lifts notes of green apple and white peach, making the wine vibrant. A pop of citrus comes through on the finish for a clean, refreshing finish.

Our Columbia Winery 2021 Tempranillo is a bold, intriguing red wine. Aromas of raspberry and cherry mingle with hints of dried fig, crushed pink pepper and shredded clove. Decadent layers of plum and thimbleberry with dusts of cocoa and orange zest fill the soft palate. Textured tannins lead to a long finish with a touch of vibrant sour cherry.

Our 2020 Reserve Syrah is a dry, full-bodied red wine with rustic tones of dark fruit and savory spice. Aromas of dark plum and earthy notes of toasted wood and leather rise from the glass with hints of cracked pepper and anise. Rich notes of blackcurrant balance on the palate with chewy tannins while aromas of crushed violet, black tea and espresso garnish the finish.

Our 2021 Central Coast Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine grown with a coastal influence. Bright fruit aromatics greet the nose with hints of black tea leaf and leather. The mouthfeel fills with notes of ripe raspberry and tart pomegranate. On the finish, the fruit notes are underscored with accents of pepper and toasted caramel.

Our 2022 Stratos White Blend is a bright wine that brims with tropical notes of Cara Cara orange, lime and sliced pineapple. A crackling minerality from a touch of CO2 lifts the fruit and gives Stratos a vibrant mouthfeel. Notes of crisp pear and apple offer a long, refreshing finish.

Our 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir is a classic Central Coast, cool climate Pinot Noir. Rich aromas of the creamy vanilla and cracked sugar of creme brulee meet plump baked cherries in this wine. Beautiful layers of raspberry, cherry and pomegranate give the wine a plush, round mouthfeel accented with taps of allspice and pepper. The finish is lingering with a dollop of caramel at the end.

Our 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, full-bodied wine with aromatics of baked raspberry preserves, sweet black licorice and peppercorns. The notes of raspberry carry through on the palate with layers of chocolate-covered cherry and a bit of cassis. The tannin structure creates chewy characteristics and the finish is long with nicely balanced fruit notes straight through.

Showing deep ruby in the glass, Gradient leads with aromas of black and Bing cherry. Undercurrents of earthy rose petals, black licorice and a sprinkle of brown sugar frame the fruit. Layers of espresso beans and blackberry build on the palate, then lead to a full finish.

The deep ruby color of our 2021 Columbia Merlot alludes to enticing aromas of rich ripe fruits and a subtle hint of vanilla and cocoa. The intense sunlight and south facing exposure of this region produced fruit with complex, dark berry character. In the cellar, our oak regimen resulted in pronounced notes of toasted vanilla and baking spice. Balanced acidity complements the textured mouthfeel, leading into a bold, lingering finish.

Our 2021 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay is an elegant expression of the fog-cloaked vines of our legendary Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Wisps of lemon zest and Tahitian vanilla conjure hints of meringue clouds dotted with lemon curd. The mouthfeel is silky with touches of salinity. Bright layers of sliced apple and pear supported by toasted brioche lift the fruit, leading to a long, lingering finish with a touch of rich caramel.

Mirassou Moscato is a refreshing, easy to enjoy wine. On the nose, light floral and fresh fruit aromas lead to a lively palate of juicy peach, ripe pineapple, lychees and bright citrus accentuated by notes of honey and mandarin oranges. These luscious flavors culminate in a crisp, bright finish.

Our 2021 Prati Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant expression of Dry Creek and Alexander Valley. The lively nose boasts aromas of blackberry, plum, and black cherry with hints of vanilla. Layers of blackberry jam, black cherry and toasted vanilla on the palate are complimented by soft notes of cedar. Beautifully balanced, this wine offers an acidic structure that holds up nicely to the abundant fruit.

Vibrant aromas of red and dark cherry, raspberry and plum with subtle touches of vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, silky tannins and excellent acid balance are joined by delicate flavors of red cherry and raspberry, culminating with notes of earthiness on a long and lingering finish. <br><br> Our Pinot Noir grapes were primarily grown in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County, which sits on a gravelly alluvial plain beneath the Santa Lucia Mountains. Cool winds from Monterey Bay ensure gradual ripening and development of vibrant flavors. The rocky soils allow excellent drainage, enhancing intensity and promoting balanced ripeness and acidity

Deep ruby, it releases aromas of white pepper, crushed mint and dried violet. Spice and dried sage drive the full body with undertones of cherry and plum. Our disciplined oak regime results in notes of toasted vanilla and cocoa. Bold tannins lead to a lengthy, broad finish.
