Our 2022 Clos du Bois Chardonnay is a fragrant, medium-bodied wine from the rugged coast of California. Aromas of white flower and honeycomb rise from the glass. Layers of baked white peach and pear lead to a rich mouthfeel with a touch of toasted caramel. The wine finishes with lingering lemon zest acidity.

Our 2023 Chardonnay is a bright white wine with hints of tropical fruit a whisper of toasted oak and toffee. Aromas of banana and lemongrass meet layers of crisp apple and pear. The finish is clean with a touch of Meyer lemon zest. <br><br>The grapes for this wine were harvested at optimum ripeness. To create vibrant flavor characteristics, we conducted fermentation at low- to moderate temperatures from 55°-62°F with carefully selected aromatic yeast. Post fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve brightness and balance.

Our Mirassou California Cabernet Sauvignon expresses characteristics of naturally jammy fruits—blackberry, black cherry and black currant — with layers of vanilla on the palate and soft tannins. This wine delivers a full, plush mouthfeel and a lingering finish.

Our 2022 Mark West Black Pinot Noir is a dark, rich red wine grown on California’s Central Coast. Aromas of cherry and mocha greet the nose. Layers of black raspberry and dark cherry fill the palate with a plush mouthfeel with delicious accents of toasted caramel and chocolate that pull through the rich finish.
