Black Currants, Wild Blueberries, Dried Mint
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2011 Hickinbotham Cabernet Sauvignon offers an alluring nose of freshly crushed black currants and wild blueberries with nuances of dried mint, cedar and yeast extract. Medium to full-bodied, it packs in plenty of ripe cassis and toasty oak flavors supported by medium to firm, grainy tannins and lively acid, finishing with long a spicy/minted finish. Drink it 2015 to 2025+.

Black Truffles, Plums, Charcoal
Deep garnet-purple colored, 2011 Hickinbotham Syrah presents earthy suggestions of forest floor, damp soil and black truffles over notes of black plums and charcoal. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the mouth with expressive earth-laced flavors supported by chewy tannins and lively acid, finishing long. Drink it now to 2025+.

Cherry, Cranberry, Ligonberry Jam
The 2015 vintage is packed with sun-ripened cherries, blackberry, and nutmeg aromas. Chauvet Zin has a flavor profile all its own with flavors of bright cherry, cranberry, and ligonberry jam. As a result, Chauvet Zin is rich and round, with a silky tannic structure and a lingering finish.

Baked Apple, Cinnamon, Peach
Balanced, both in texture and flavor with hints of baked apple, cinnamon, peach and fig. Delicious served cool, greatly appreciated at room temperature.

Cherries, Vanilla, Herbs
It’s very dark and dense in color. Deep aromas of cassis, black currant, cherries, spice tones and balanced oak. Palate flavors include ripe cherries, vanilla, cocoa and fine herbs. The texture is smooth and round. With well integrated acids and tannins—making an enjoyable experience to drink as a young wine—yet with the potential to evolve the complexities of a mature wine over the next decade.

Plum, Vanilla, Cherry-Spice
Sourced from some of the very best vineyards in Sonoma Valley including Rancho Salina, Barricia, and Bedrock vineyards. A "No wimpy Merlot" with rich scents of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and dark chocolate. A very well-rounded wine with accentuated balanced flavors of plum, vanilla and cherry-spice. Mature, yet yielding, tannins lend a long and lingering finish.

Baking Spices, Black Plum
The 2015 Rancho Salina is deep garnet in color with intense black fruit aromas with just a hint of vanilla. It's one of the most aromatic wines of our Designates. Complex, full, round and layered texture, it coats the palate with bold baking spices, cassis, and black plum. While this wine is enjoyable now, it's built to last into the next decade.

Our Edna Valley Pinot Noir is boldly elegant with rich aromas of red fruit and just a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the flavor of cherry cola is accented with subtle herbal notes of licorice and herbs with a long luxurious finish.

Peach, Apricot, Nectarine
Our 2015 Fumé Blanc entices the senses with aromas of apricot, peaches, and brown spice. This wine is bright, crisp, juicy and refreshing, with peach, apricot, and nectarine flavors, a core of minerality, hints of lemon peel and toast. The rich, plush texture and long aftertaste will delight.

Black Fruit, Blueberry
Rich ruby in color, this wine opens with aromas of black cherry, cassis, baking spices, and a hint of toasted oak, followed by flavors of black fruit and blueberry. The wine has bold, structured tannins and is worthy of aging but ready to be enjoyed now.

Honeycrisp Apple, Ripe Pear, Vanilla Bean
This wine has a brilliant silver straw hue with intense aromas of honeycrisp apple and ripe pear and notes of vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, and well-integrated oak spice. Bright, vibrant flavors of sweet citrus and pear layer over a core of minerality with toasty brown spice and creamy custard. The wine is full bodied and rich with a silky texture and a long finish. The balanced acidity and structure of the wine will allow it to develop additional complexity with bottle age.

White Nectarine, Grapefruit.
Our 2018 Central Coast Pinot Gris is bright and fresh with aromas of pineapple and lemon zest with flavors of white nectarine and grapefruit.

Dark Berries, Cherry, Chocolate
Initial aromas of perfume, rose petals, and baking spices, with an earthiness leading to a full-bodied wine with flavors of dark berry, cherries and hints of chocolate and orange rind.

Peach, Lemon Zest, Minerality
A White Bordeaux blend with aromas of orange blossom and dried apricots, with beautiful flavors of peach nectar, lemon zest and a touch of minerals round out this pleasing wine.

Black Plum, Currant, Spice
The Winemaking Team says this vineyard's Cab Franc just gets better each year. Dark cherry, dark berry, black plum, mocha and vanilla aromas. Complex, full, round and layered flavors of black plum, cassis, currants, spice and toast.

Black Cherry, Plum, Coffee
The Marlstone has an inky black color with a deep ruby hue. Complex aromas of black current, mocha, blackberry, and cedar. Followed by blackberry, black current, and hints of tobacco leaf with a lush silky texture that finishes with round chewy tannins.

Lemon, Lime Zest, Pineapple
Delightful aromas of candied lemon, lime zest, pineapple, and lychee. Followed by bright acidity and a crisp finish with orange blossom and stonefruit notes.

Lime, Pear, Minerality
Bold and bright with notes of grapefruit, lime zest, and guava. Bright acidity with flavors of lime and pear with subtle minerality. A round palate of lychee gives way to a clean, lifted finish. and floral notes add complexity on the palate.

A winery exclusive. Slightly effervescent—refreshing orchard fruit aromas of peach, apricot and clove lead to flavors of pear and lychee on the palate. Beautiful nose of ripe, perfumed cherry, with notes of vanilla, dark berry, sandalwood, and crème brûlée. Rich and inviting with a soft and full entry. Mouth-filling with a velvety texture of dark berry fruit, notes of black plum, cassis and mocha. Delicious supple tannins; the smooth finish lingers with notes of ripe cherry fruit, toasty oak notes and bittersweet chocolate on the finish.

Bright red fruit, blackberry jam, and herbs with clove and cooking spice notes and a lush mouthfeel with firm structure, elegant tannins, and a long lingering finish.

Peppercorn, Dried Herbs, Tobacco
Deep garnet in color with aromas of cassis and black peppercorn with hints of menthol, dried herbs, and sweet tobacco. A full and weighty palate with notes of black plum, musk, and clove. The tannins are youthful yet ripe and well-knit, leading to a long, structured finish.

Black Pepper, Vanilla, Plum
Deep garnet in color with dark coffee notes lifted by aromas of ripe black currants, Morello cherries and sweet tobacco. Hints of aniseed, black pepper and vanilla. Layered and complex. Balanced but equally complex on the palate with ripe plum and fig, dark brambly berries and soft tones of toffee and chocolate. Richly textured with smooth tannins, well-integrated and full-bodied. Long, elegant finish of dark cassis and black peppercorn notes.
