William Hill Sauvignon Blanc V22 750ML

Our 2022 William Hill Estate California Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, fruit-forward wine with refreshing tropical notes. Lively aromas of grapefruit, lime and just a hint of gooseberry rise from the glass. The palate echoes the nose with zesty fruit characteristics followed by a lovely touch of minerality. Our Sauvignon Blanc is completely unoaked, which finishes bright with natural acidity and leaves the palate refreshed.

Edna Valley Central Coast Chardonnay V19 750ML

Our Edna Valley Vineyard Chardonnay opens with delicate aromas of crisp green apple, lemon zest and cream. On the refreshing palate, layers of white peach, ripe pineapple, melon and hints of apricot effortlessly blend with notes of baked apple and subtle hints of creamy toasted oak. A bright acidity and supple, generous mouthfeel create a beautifully balanced expression of Chardonnay from the Central Coast.

Talbott Sleepy Hollow Pinot Noir V19 750ML

Grown in our acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard, Talbott Vineyards Pinot Noir offers aromas of savory spice with notes of plum, blackberry and vanilla. Rich on the palate, our Pinot Noir offers a soft, mouth-filling texture with an underlying minerality, vibrant acidity and satiny finish.

MacMurray Estate Vineyards Central Coast Pinot Noir V19 750ML

The MacMurray Estate Vineyards Central Coast Pinot Noir is deep ruby in color with aromas of ripe red berries, cinnamon and toast on the nose. Nuances of ripe red cherry, pomegranate and raspberry on the forefront of the palate are accented by warm vanilla spice notes. Beautifully balanced, this silky, plush Pinot Noir delivers a layered wine with attractive depth before a long, lingering finish. This Pinot Noir was crafted from a selection of premier vineyards in the Central Coast. Each lot is fermented separately to finely curate our classic MacMurray Pinot Noir style. Selecting vineyards from Monterrey and San Luis Obispo counties gives us depth of flavor with nuanced layers of minerality, earth, and luscious fruit.

Louis M. Martini Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon V18 750ML

Our 2018 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is an approachable, fruit-driven wine. It offers a welcomingly round mouthfeel with ripe notes of red fruit and cherry. Delicate hints of dark chocolate and oak spice on the finish add layers of elegance and freshness, offering a rich yet balanced expression of the varietal. Viticultural Notes Grapes were predominantly selected from two of our renowned, crown jewel vineyards in Sonoma County: Frei Ranch in the Dry Creek Valley AVA and Barrelli Creek Vineyard in the Alexander Valley AVA. In 2018, cooler temperatures and moderate weather led to a long growing season, allowing grapes to ripen optimally. The mild weather allowed for exceptional flavor development and resulted in a slightly later harvest with beautifully balanced yields. Winemaker Notes After de-stemming, fermentation temperatures between 88°F and 92°F encouraged rich flavor development and a plush mouthfeel. To preserve fresh Cabernet fruit flavor, this wine was aged primarily in tank while a careful selection of French and American oak brought forth additional complexity. A touch of Petite Sirah contributed to this wine’s rich depth and round profile.

La Marca Prosecco 750ML

About the Wine: Our delicate La Marca Prosecco has a pale, golden straw color and sparkles with lively effervescence. Opening with aromas of fresh-picked citrus and honeysuckle blossoms, the crisp, clean palate brings fruity notes of green apple, juicy peach and ripe lemon, framed by hints of minerality. The finish is light and refreshing with a tantalizing hint of sweetness. Winemaking Notes: The grapes for La Marca Prosecco were selected with great care from small vineyards throughout the Prosecco DOC. After harvest, the grapes were crushed and then pressed in gentle membrane presses. The juice was allowed to cold settle before initial fermentation in upright stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 65°F. The still wine was aged on its lees prior to secondary fermentation. Recommended Cuisine: La Marca Prosecco has the charm to stand alone as an aperitif, but it also has the body and the acidity to pair well with a range of foods, from seafood and mild cheeses to rich pasta dishes and decadent desserts. La Marca adds sparkle to bubbly brunch bites, like classic eggs benedict, chorizo chilaquiles or chicken and waffles. For a crisp and vibrant dinner party, pair Prosecco alongside fresh-caught crab or fish tacos with endive slaw, goat cheese flatbread pizza or roasted chicken with creamy lemon La Marca sauce.

J Vineyards Cuvee 20 NV 750ML

Our J Cuvée 20 Brut opens with nuanced aromas of toasted almond, followed by notes of Braeburn apple, dried cranberry and ginger snap. A delicate dance of bubbles leads to a soft palate with flavors of lemon meringue pie, as the wine’s creaminess is whisked away by a lively finish.
