Winemaking

Crafting new wines has always been an artful experience for winemaker Jenna Ott, but it is the science behind her work that truly excites her passion. As she puts it, winemakers are actually problem solvers, using science to discover what people are looking for and to create a wine they will love. As the winemaker for Athena Wines, Jenna has been instrumental in developing Athena from the grapes to the glass.

Our Collection

Athena Cabernet Sauvignon V20 750ML

Nearly bursting out of the glass, this wine has intense aromas of blackberry jam, and blackcurrant, complemented with sweet coconut and hints of dried herbs. The jammy character carries through to the mouth, with endless dark fruit, a big bodied, plush mouthfeel and notes of nutmeg.

Athena Chardonnay V20 750ML

The Athena Chardonnay is full, rich, and has distinctive notes of ripe stone fruit and tropical fruit, which are complemented by toasted oak flavors.
