Riserva on a Chianti label means the wine spent a minimum of 27 months aging in the barrel, followed by a year in the bottle. This wine is in no hurry. It is pure Sangiovese and pure pleasure, with rich fruit and classic structure.
This wine shows as ruby red. Ripe fruit, dark cherry, plum, cinnamon and undertones of vanilla and spice. A nice mineral component on the finish.
