William Hill has been turning out great Cabernet on Napa’s Silverado Bench for three decades. This is a perfect example of the classic Napa Cab we’ve come to expect from this winery: rich and plush with mouth-coating tannins.

Currant and raspberry aromas with deep flavors of blackberry and cassis. The oak aging really comes through with vanilla and clove. A sophisticated food wine that holds its own against roast beef or venison.

This Chardonnay comes from the cooler sub-appellations in the southeast area of Napa Valley – Carneros, influenced by cooling fog from the Pacific Ocean, and Atlas Peak, home to mountainous vineyards with sun-drenched days and cool nights. Translation: complex layers of flavor in the glass.

This wine has an undeniably creamy texture, balanced by a classic touch of minerality. You’ll get a burst of mouthwatering fruit: pineapples, mangoes and tangerines.

In a small section of the Napa Valley benchland, just south of the Stag’s Leap district, the winemakers at William Hill have found the ideal combination of soil, climate and sun to craft a nuanced Merlot that really delivers on flavor and texture. They’ve added some Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Petit Verdot to give it structure and balance.

It’s all there in the glass: black cherry, red berries and licorice. The oak aging comes through with a hint of smoke and spice.
