    Savory Orange Wings

    Recipe

    • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
    • 1 tablespoon Seasoned Pepper
    • 4 pounds chicken wings (about 20 wings)
    • 4 tablespoons margarine, divided
    • 1 jar (18 oz.) orange marmalade
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    In large resealable plastic bag, combine Seasoned Salt and Seasoned Pepper. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Heat 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add half of wings to the skillet and cook thoroughly until no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes, turning frequently to brown on all sides. Transfer wings to platter and keep warm.

    Wipe out skillet with paper towels, add remaining margarine and cook remaining wings as above.

    Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together marmalade and cayenne pepper. After removing second batch of wings, wipe skillet clean and add marmalade mixture to skillet. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Return cooked wings to skillet and heat thoroughly, about 5 minutes, tossing to coat with the glaze.
