    Prosciutto & Mozzarella Bruschetta


    • 1 loaves Italian or French bread, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
    • 1 large cloves garlic
    • 1/6 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1/2 jar (13 oz.) Tomato & Basil Sauce
    • 12 thin slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 3 oz.)
    • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
    • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips

    In preheated oven, broil bread slices until golden; rub with garlic, then brush with Olive Oil. Evenly spoon unheated Sauce over bread, then top with mozzarella, prosciutto and basil.
