    The French Connection

    • 1/3 pound Brie cheese (room temperature)
    • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1 package Whole Wheat Crackers
    Place slice of cheese on each Whole Wheat Crackers. Top with 1 teaspoon preserves. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with Whole Wheat Crackers
