    Fabulous Feta and Artichoke Spread

    Recipe

    • Crackers with Roasted Garlic & Herbs
    • 1 package (4 oz.) Feta cheese
    • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
    • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

    Place crumbled Feta cheese and cream cheese in food processor container. Cover and process until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts, chopped red pepper and chopped fresh dill. Spread Feta mixture on Crackers with Roasted Garlic & Herbs. Garnish with additional chopped red pepper
