    Baked Bleu Cheese and Red Grape Tart

    • 1 10-inch unbaked pie dough shell
    • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 1 egg
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
    • 1 cup seedless red grapes, quartered
    Line an 8-inch tart pan with the pie dough. Thoroughly mix the heavy cream with the egg and egg yolk and season with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the cheese and grapes into the tart shell. Pour the cream mixture over the cheese and grapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
