    Bleu Cheese Mousse with Red Grapes and Walnuts

    Recipe

    • 1 package crackers
    • 1/2 pound Bleu cheese
    • 4 ounces heavy cream 
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 24 grapes (halves)
    • 24 walnut pieces
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Method:

    In a food processor, blend bleu cheese and 8 ounces of cream cheese until smooth. While machine is running, add heavy cream in a slow, steady stream. Season with salt and pepper. Place mixture into pastry bag with star tip. Pipe cheese onto crackers. Garnish with thin slices of red grapes and walnut pieces
