    The 2005 Brookman Cabernet Sauvignon highlights the quality of the fruit that is produced from sixty-five year old vines, planted on their own roots in ironstone gravel. This crimson coloured wine has a perfumed aristocratic nose of pure Cabernet Sauvignon aromas such as chocolate, cedar, and rich tobacco. It has elegant and alluring flavours of black fruits and dark chocolate with finely integrated, silky tannins.
