    Napa Valley Burger

    Yield: 4 servings

    Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Cook Time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • ¾ pound 80% lean ground beef
    • ¼ pound ground lamb
    • 10 finely chopped black olives
    • 1 slightly beaten egg
    • 8 ounces feta crumbles

    Method:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all ingredients. Shape into four equal patties.
    2. Pan fry or grill until desired doneness, about three to four minutes per side.
    3. Remove from heat and let rest for several minutes. This will allow the juices to absorb back into the burger.
    4. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite condiments.
